Came with a group of friends to try out the restaurant. We were a big group and they were accommodating but our server was not super friendly. Maybe that’s just her Personality. Food was tasty and they did do separate checks for our group. I had the Beef Stroganoff and a Coke to drink.

Delightful restaurant tucked away far from the major freeways. The menu was extensive and service friendly. One of the workers was singing karaoke while the other waited on us. Food was tasty and the prices fair. Huge space, so would be viable for large groups. Not easy to find this type of food, so a nice surprise.

I wanted to introduce my husband to what I grew up eating in Romania.
Upon entering, you notice it’s very clean and love all the decorations.
There’s a certain part of the restaurant that practically looks like a museum, It’s all very immersive.
Romanian food is authentic and truly amazing.
Unfortunately, the service was non existent. I watched a few people leave because they were simply tired of waiting. But I was committed and waited for our food which did come out in a timely manner. I had to flag down a waitress for water and everything else (box, check etc)
Overall great food, really reminds of my Oma’s cooking.

Great Moldovan restaurant with authentic, delicious food. The live music adds a really nice touch and makes the place feel atmospheric and lively. Service is friendly, and the prices are totally reasonable. Definitely worth a visit if you want something different and genuinely tasty.

I celebrated my anniversary at the NOROC restaurant and received a lot of positive impressions and emotions. The service and staff of the restaurant deserve all 5 stars. My guests and I were very pleased with the extremely delicious food and warm atmosphere. I would like to thank the owner of the restaurant Alex, who made a lot of efforts to make my celebration at the highest level. I recommend everyone to visit this wonderful restaurant.

This place doesn’t look like anything on the outside. It’s in an old strip mall across the road from brand new restaurants. That being said, it is quite nice on the inside! It might not hit the marks of Fine Dining, but it is several steps above Fast Food and plenty nice to take a date. I personally am not very familiar with Eastern European foods, especially the Moldovan versions, but I will say that everyone in our group really enjoyed everything! The waitress was friendly and helpful. The ambiance was good. I do think it might have been slightly better by dimming the lights a bit and having some Traditional Maldovan Music. That being said, the place was immaculately clean and, while I might have notes, I don’t have any actual complaints.

We visited Noroc Restaurant in Sacramento and absolutely loved it. We ordered zama, vareniki with cottage cheese (which I had been dreaming about lately), potatoes with meat, Chicken Kyiv, and placinta. Everything was incredibly delicious and cooked perfectly.
I’m originally from Moldova, and the food tasted exactly like my mom’s cooking — comforting, authentic, and full of love. The flavors brought back so many memories of home. You can really feel that the food here is made with care and tradition.
Highly recommend this place to anyone who misses Eastern European / Moldovan home-style food or simply wants to try something truly authentic. We will definitely be back!

Great Restaurant with Delicious Food! We’ve tried many dishes at this restaurant, and all of them were delicious. I definitely recommend ordering their soups (Borscht, Solyanka, or Zeama) as we tried each one and they were all good. Zhulien was a great hot dish, though I would recommend ordering a side dish with it to make it more complete.
The blini with meat and cheese were also very tasty. The Chicken Kiev was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The zucchini pancakes with salmon came in a generous portion and were really enjoyable.
