This spot is definitely good. Food is prepared nicely and the portions are huge. The price is not bad and the employees are nice and friendly. I ate breakfast and it tasted really good. I’m definitely coming back.

Horrible for deliveries. I just ordered Honey mustard chicken tenders and they forgot the honey mustard. Well they added ketchup, so maybe they just thought this substation was ok, it’s not! The only reason I ordered here is because I am pregnant and craving soup, salad and dessert. They forgot my blue cheese for the salad. My brownie with ice cream had no brownie and they completely forgot ny cheesecake. How can you miss so many items on one order? So frustrating.

It was a real nice restaurant with great atmosphere. Looks very new. The food was excellent. Was just disappointed in the customer service. We came today to celebrate my Birthday around 11am and it was packed with only 2 waiters in the whole restaurant which caused a delay in service. Our waiter was new and was a bit nervous. I definitely know he was trying his best and have some grace with that :). Luckily, the other staff stepped in to help us.
I love Norms and have been going since I was a child, so I give this recommendation out of love:). I recommend this Norms location work on having sufficient staff so people don’t have to have long wait periods to be served. It’s not the quality of staff issue present, but a staffing issue.

I visit Norms in Carson about once a month, and today on MLK Day I had an especially great experience. Even though the restaurant was full and really busy, our waitress Claudia took excellent care of us. She was attentive, handled our order with care, and checked in throughout the meal to make sure we were doing well. Really appreciated her professionalism and kindness. Overall, great service. I also love the menu updates! We got two vegetable skillets & NY steak and shrimp order.

Claudia was our server. She was quick and checked up on us often. The food was amazing! We ordered so much and all the food tasted fresh. If you are a big black coffee drinker order light on the sweetener. Would order everything again!

We’re always impressed with how much food you get at Norms for such a reasonable price—especially these days. The menu also offers plenty of healthy choices, which we appreciate. On this visit, Eduardo took great care of us, was incredibly friendly, and made sure every need was met. Even though this isn’t the closest Norms to us, we’d gladly go out of our way to visit this location again.

I visited on a Friday night, the restaurant was not too busy, received attentive service, ordered the blackened salmon and the jalapeño burger both were fulfilling. Both tasted fresh. Had the pomegranate lemonade and it was delicious, recommended to try. Can’t dislike affordable prices !!!

Disappointed big time asked for scrambled eggs got liquid tiny yolks tells me they don’t use standard eggs. Didn’t ask for remake due to slow service at 1030+ am not busy…Food warm pancakes meh hash browns undercooked way overpriced for $17+ should’ve gone to In N Out (next door) and wait for them to open
edit: pancakes were white on the other side when I smeared butter in between also hash browns potatoes were not cooked in middle I want to say it was undercooked even though place wasn’t busy and we sat next to main counter

Excellent across the board, 5⭐️ doesn’t do it justice. Our server Karen provided us with exceptional customer service. Steak is perfectly cooked & savory. Veggies, crispy & seasoned just right…
