Fun diner experience! Feels new and clean, very nice service. Expect diner level food, not fancy and you will be okay! We ordered Chilaquiles. For my fellow vegans /vegetarians, skip the black beans and eggs and replace it with a loaded hash brown with onions and peppers! Unlimited coffee. My husband ordered this same dishes with eggs and he liked it as well. Lots of food options 🙂

I’m a salad eater and Norms this is not a salad with a Steak meal this is lettuce and ranch I’m annoyed this is not how the salad look on the menu false advertisement then I had to pay to add tomatoes to it I’ll never come here again. Update: received the rest of my order steak was not well done vegetables looked old but cooked but the manager didn’t make me pay for it because I didn’t touch nothing but the lettuce and ranch I also tipped my waiter he was nice and silently agreed with me he did a very good job.

Absolutely delicious and the service was excellent Kimberli was our server and she was extremely attentive and welcoming. I had been craving their buttermilk pancakes for a good while now and if I want great moist pancakes definitely Norms is the place to go. Mom and I enjoyed our dining experience here atmosphere is pleasant and their food is delicious and prices are reasonable for the portions their serve you! Staff here is super welcoming waiting was under 5 min and an ease to find parking! Coming from the East Coast, NORMS was a new experience for me. They have an expansive menu and many options to select from. It reminded me of an IHOP and has a breakfast menu which you can order from along with providing soup and sandwich options. They also carry ribs which I assume is one of their signature items. I opted for the Cajun chicken sandwich and it did not disappoint. As a side, I had tater tots. For drinks, they offer Pepsi products. No issues with NORMS, so when in the area, you should check them out. And…budget friendly.

The Customer Service was not good , I had to speak to the manager and even after I spoke to her , to waiters were chatting about me wanting to speak to the manager and laughing but my mom still wanted to give it a try and we did and now my mom got up out of her sleep throwing up has food poisoning she has barely eaten since she’s only had mangos but she still isn’t feeling well and I feel bad because maybe if I would have tried harder to convince her she wouldn’t be feeling ill now but she was carving fish and chips which is her usual btw. I feel like it was discrimination involved though I hope not but it’s just suspicious to Me that after I spoke up this happened along w bad customer service, a nasty ketchup bottle. (We were respectful at all times I even tipped we didn’t deserve the treatment that we received. I’m NEVER GOING BACK.

Brought my parents here on Friday afternoon. The location was busy. Wait time was about ten minutes, not too bad. The waitress was pleasant. We ordered an appetizer which came while we were having our soup, once we were done with it our main dishes came, which is great unlike some restaurants that bring everything at once. The downfall was I ordered the chicken with parmesan and I clearly heard the waitress ask the cook where my order was she brought it to the table and it was chicken with country gravy on it. So while my parents ate their lunch I waited for mine to be cooked again. The food was great and for the price you really cant complain.

I’ve been to a few norms and no complaints, but this one here, the worst everything took so long from getting a table to getting our food. Management needs to step up or hire more people. This was ridiculous longer 2.5 hrs . Maybe the GM needs to see this and give it attention.
