I dont know if it was the day and the hour (Sunday 12:00pm) but we waited for 40 minutes for the table and 40 minutes for the food so if you’re hungry look for another place but if you’re willing to wait the food was good well cooked and the service was good.

Just had breakfast at this Norms & server Kathy made our experience! We don’t frequent Norms so we had questions, she answered & provided recommendations. It was a very busy morning & she had what looked like 6 tables she was serving. Even still she would anticipate what we needed before we even asked, she deserves a raise! Not only was she a great server but friendly & kind, Norms is lucky to have her!

Ana our server was extremely helpful and attentive. Manager had a major attitude problem, texting on her phone, and slamming our drinks on the table. Ordered a brisk ice, but it tasted watered down, asked our server to switch to lemonade and server was super helpful and had no issues getting us a lemonade. Manager came over (we didnt ask to speak to her or anything) and proceeded to tell us “I drink the ice tea all the time and it tastes fine”…….I also drink it all the time and it definitely wasnt fine, but im ok with drinking lemonade, I didnt even need a managers assist, our server was extremely helpful.

Shout out to the cooks and the staff, they make this establishment work. And keeps us coming back. The food is served hot and fresh. The staff gets the orders right. Fish Tacos are the bomb. The Chorizo Breakfast Burrito holy cow YUM.

But I know what happens to “the system” if you don’t give 5 stars across the board. So…take that how you will. Ana was amazing. She deserves a raise and a promotion. She was wonderful. I don’t need to say anything more…
Manager was cool. He educated me about the point system and how you folks transferred to a new system so all my points were taken away and every few months points expire. So to ask people who are loyal to have to spend hundreds of dollars on at least 3-5 meals every three months in order to keep your points is honestly disrespectful and rude and it makes me not want to return. Your system is designed to take away all my old points and make me go there several times a month for a small discount? Why even have a program? It’s only suited for people who go daily or weekly. You really asking most of your customers to do that? In this economy? Typical chain behavior and I will be supporting a mom and pop after hearing this news. I came for the points. When I found out they all disappeared and I need to constantly go to even get a small discount several months later, nah, not worth it honestly. Ana was amazing. But other than that. It’s been tainted to me. Also I believe the coffee changed over time. Coffee isn’t quality anymore or strong blend. Too weak.
