Very important to watch the videos Body Shaming in a diner at 4am is crazy… I’m very sad and depressed after being in your location my wife is going through a mental crisis after being at your location 18705 Hawthorn Blvd.
Their server Mirella was such a bully my wife weights 80 pounds shes a 27 year old taking therapy and been trying since a teen to gain weight. We come here at 4:00am after getting out graveyard shift. Mirella since we walked in she sees my wife and starts telling her she’s so skinny that she’s jealous of her my wife was already uncomfortable mainly when they mention her weight. We ignored her weird comment and everytime she would come to the table she would mention how skinny my wife is.
My wife ordered lemon pepper chicken and I ordered an ice coffee. The rest of my friends got breakfast and a steak they all ate their food and everytime Mirella your server would come to the table to mention my wifes weight my wife ate nothing on her plate and got up and paid for the check when she paid for the check Mirella starts telling My wife how she’s a “nutralogist” i think she meant nutritionist so I got up from the table to record her and tell her what she was doing was very wrong. The cook or manager came out to almost attack me and forcing me to stop recording we got a refund but we left and they charged my coworkers for the meal we had paid for already and put them against us saying Mirella gave us free soup and fries. But she didn’t she kept messing up our order I wanted chowder soup and Mirella told me it was nasty and served me tortilla chip soup till I told her no I want my chowder soup she kept wasting the restaurants food giving us food we never asked for so when we left she lies to our friends that she gave it to us a gift when clearly she was forcing me to try and eat something I clearly don’t want and says what I ordered is nasty because it had sausages… never have I had such a nasty experience in my life they gave a refund to us and then charged our friends after we left…

We came in late after a delayed flight and were looking for food options open during the late hours—this spot came highly recommended. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff. The place is cute, clean, and had a cozy atmosphere.
On our first visit, I had the patty melt and my daughter ordered pancakes. Both were absolutely delicious! We loved it so much that we came back a second time before our flight home. This time, I had the omelette while my daughter stuck with the pancakes—once again, everything was fantastic.
This place has officially become our go-to spot whenever we’re in town. Highly recommend!

This was a great place for breakfast food! We went there for dinner, and had the BLT, a hamburger, eggs, pancakes, etc. The service was fast, and everything came out perfect. It was just like a home-cooked meal. Wonderful!!

I always come out to this norms, I have one 15 min from my home but I prefer taking the 25-30 min drive to come here instead becuase most of the servers here are the best. Today I had Tony and I know every time he serves me I always get good services. I never doubt this norms. Thank you Tony and all my other visits and future.

Late 2025 we noticed the coffee started to get weaker and watery. You get free refills, but no matter how much you drink it just doesn’t satisfy. They don’t have a choice such as medium or dark roast, so it is what it is.

Got the melting pot omelet & it was soooo good, definitely recommend it. I’ve had a few of their omelets & they have all been delicious. Had the biscuits & gravy as my bread & was a bit disappointed. They weren’t terrible but I’ve certainly had better. Our waiter was a gem, wish I could remember his name! Love me some Norm’s!!

Food portions are big, service is quick and staff (especially Jakie) are awesome. Food is so so, I definitely had better experiences at other places, but I also should say that the price is very reasonable and even cheap for the big portions they bring to the table.

Me and partner always come here for brunch. And as always it’s the best service we get every time, it never changes! When we always come in Carmen is our server, she is hands down the best server here in my opinion. It’s always a 10-10 with her.
