Today I came here for breakfast and I can say I was pretty satisfied. I got the Birria Chilaquiles, honestly 7/10 I feel like there was not enough eggs or Birria, there was way too many chips and no salsa which is the whole point of chilaquiles. But I did like the free refills for hot chocolate and the syrup also went very well with the pancakes. And the customer service was great. Overall I rate this place a 8/10.

Been coming here for the occasional breakfast with my family since I was a kid. I love their hash-browns and pancakes. I’ve also been here at 2am and the food was still yummy and service excellent.

I had breakfast at norms yesterday on one of their busiest days. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The food was excellent and the portions were generous. I really appreciate Maria who helped me even though she was off the clock and Ricardo both made great recommendations and you have a wonderful manager as well. I will be eating there regularly now.

Overall pretty okay food. The fish batter needs more seasoning. Tuna sandwich was good. We would come back but it is not a place worth visiting often.

Man this place was good. My waiter was really nice. The location was clean. The manager checked in on me multiple times. The food was great. I liked the fact that they served a variety of items. I was able to order anything from chicken to burgers to a steak. The menu was loaded with items. I didn’t have to wait to get a table and there was ample parking space available. Will come back here again. Extra thanks to the waiter.

Service was wonderful. Came in on a Sunday and the place was super busy. We were seated right away and our food was made quickly. My husband and I ordered steak and eggs. The steak was a bit overcooked, as were our eggs. Food still tasted decent. I was most impressed by the friendly employees. That makes it worth coming back.

When I walk in they’re blasting two radios, one in the kitchen in Spanish and the other on the normal speakers. My server was a waitress named Mia. I came in at 4:30 a.m. for breakfast. I ordered an additional fried egg on my plate and a pomegranate juice. When my plate came out I won’t receive two eggs instead of three. A patiently waited for Mia to come from out of the kitchen as I seen her in there dancing and laughing with the cooks. When she finally came out I explained to her that my meal is lacking one more egg and I don’t have my pomegranate juice. She remained inside the kitchen not coming to check on her customers. 15 to 20 minutes went by until I was able to reach her and ask her where is my one minute egg in my pomegranate juice. As I went to check out, I explained to her that I had a horrible experience and then I’m going to write a review. She told me I came in with a bad, wrong!!! I will tell all my co-workers to avoid this place at all costs.
