Ice cream here is really solid — good flavor and huge portions for the price. Honestly you get a ton of ice cream, way more than most places. Staff was friendly and quick, which made it a smooth stop. I asked for no nuts on my brownie sundae and they put nuts on it anyway. Not a dealbreaker, but it’s worth mentioning since allergies or preferences matter. Overall though, great ice cream spot with big servings and good service. We will probably be back!

Delicious ice cream! Probably some of the best we’ve had and the serving sizes were out of this world! We went at night so the pictures aren’t the best but you can see the actual sizes posted in the window. There is a banana split sundae, the cone is a SMALL and Michigan pot hole and the ice cream in the cup are two baby sized scoops, one is blueberry bliss and the other Traverse City Cherry Fudge. Will be stopping back there on our last day here!

There was a wide array of ice cream options to choose from. The portion size was incredibly generous; a small cup was the perfect size for two people. We tried Michigan pothole and lemon cheesecake bar, and both flavors were absolutely delicious.

We love Norm’s, and the portions are very generous, I either get some flavor of a glacier or a sundae, my husband tried the dirt sundae yesterday (it’s the April special) it was amazing, my youngest loves the cookie dough in a waffle cone and my oldest really enjoys cookies and cream, and it’s some of the best ice cream in the area with the best prices. (fyi; there is a slight extra charge if you use a credit card.) Everyone is always excited to go to Norm’s!

We came here after our glow golf game next door at Putters. When we saw the line we knew we wouldn’t be disappointed and we weren’t. Loved the fall themed deserts and when I ordered what I thought was going to be a medium was more like a large and was great. This along with the friendly staff made this a special treat and part of our vacation. Hit these guys up for some awesome deserts.

Still one of my favorite ice cream shops in Muskegon! They have very generous portions and the variety is always fun! Parking can get creative and there can be a long wait to order, but not a big deal. The people who work there are so sweet and very quick once you place your order. They do only take cash so heads up!
My favorite is the toasted coconut! Tastes just like a mounds candy bar!

Ordered a banana split without knowing they only serve 2 scoops, I ordered 3 hard serve flavors orange pineapple, vanilla and chocolate, with no chocolate syrup please! To my surprise I received 2 scoops of ice cream no chocolate ice cream, nope I got strawberry with strawberry ok whatever, but to have the whole boat covered in chocolate syrup that I asked not to put on there is wild. Unfortunately the girl quickly took my order then the guy behind me causing her own confusion. Almost $13 for a completely wrong order. One and done.

Huge ice cream cones. Ordered a small and it was still huge. Every flavor we’ve tried has been excellent. The staff is friendly and professional. They fill orders accurately. Outside seating area has lots of spaces and the playground for kids is exciting. Easy access off Muskegon Causeway. This is a great place.
