Norma’s

  4.2 – 602 reviews  $$ • American restaurant

Social Profile:

Norma’s is a sun drenched stage of bold color and mid century confidence. An open air terrace where classic diner fare is elevated with polish, generosity, and unmistakable Parker Palm Springs flair. Effortlessly social and quietly iconic, Norma’s draws hotel guests, locals, and regulars into a shared ritual of indulgence and ease. Familiar flavors are treated with Five Star precision, and every table feels like a front row seat. By evening, the terrace transforms into a candlelit setting where guests dine beneath the stars. The atmosphere softens, the pace slows, and Norma’s reveals a more intimate side, allowing Palm Springs nights to unfold long after sunset.

Stylish, comfy patio eatery at the Parker Hotel offering American breakfast, lunch & dinner eats.

I dont understand the good reviews here. Service was horrible. Forgot our waters, waited about 15 minutes after wrapping up to get bill.

Ordered the Eggs Benedict and Huevos Rancheros, and by far some of the worst fusion food we have ever had. Asparagus, and pancake on the normal Benedict that just didn’t hit the spot at all.

Huevos Rancheros was legit over cooked so much there was zero run to the egg, almost tasted like a hard boiled egg.

Gotta understand these are 30 dollar menu items….. they should be phenomenal……

This place was recommended by several people and the first place we ate at in Palm Springs, and what a disappointment. Included in our experience was waiting 10 minutes for a table as every employee walked past us without an acknowledgement while it was not busy at all, and an incorrect bill at the end because they charged us for a smoothie we didn’t order.

Btw, wrote this whole review while still waiting for our bill……. pic of rubbery egg included. Insane.

Visit this location on a Sunday night it was pretty scarce as we were one of the only people in the restaurant. However, staff was very attentive and so kind to us in time to provide recommendations or suggestions.

Food was amazing! Don’t sleep on seafood and chips! It’s like fish and chips (fries), but lobster claws etc.

They offer a full bar with many drink options! And a coffee bar.

Dessert: must get the donuts!!! They’re fluffy, soft and served warm with two types of dipping sauces!

Didn’t realize that the money paid to reserve our table online wouldn’t be applied as a credit to our dining bill. That was a shocker.
Service was slow, uneventful and also unimpressive. The food was great. Loved the decor and the smoothie shot. Would I pay $40+ to reserve a table again? Debatable.

Came here for the first time today and had a great lunch experience. The food came out piping hot and was delicious. Our server brought us a little smoothie sample too. The patio was beautiful and very peaceful.

Beautiful restaurant in a great property! Worth visiting for ambience and food both. We were also able to get vegetarian options. Smoothies were really tasty as well. Most importantly – service was fantastic. Vanessa, our server took extra care to request modification based on our palate. I highly recommend to go to this restaurant for brunch/lunch if you are in the area.

Absolutely delicious brunch food and drinks. In particular the short rib benedict was perfectly cooked, super yummy, and unique. The service was also excellent and vibe energetic but not too loud. We loved our experience!!

Located in the Parker Palm Springs hotel, Norma’s is a Palm Springs establishment everyone should visit. If the weather permits, definitely sit outside in their colorful, covered patio. The staff are attentive, friendly, and welcoming who can help decipher the menu. I say decipher in the best way possible because Normas menu is one of the BEST menus I’ve ever seen. The names are clever, the preparations thoughtful, and the presentation’s exceptional. They start you off with the smoothie “shot” of the day, which was strawberry banana and orange juice. We then ordered the fried chicken sandwich and the crab cake “pancakes”. The sandwich was large and the fries FANTASTIC (super crispy yet meaty). The two crab cakes were flattened but large and delicious. They come with an aggressively dressed mixed green salad with white balsamic and a single beer battered onion ring that is filled with a dill tartar sauce/aioli. Highly recommend eating the onion ring first otherwise it gets soggy and if you’re not a heavy-dressed salad person, then ask for lighter dressing or on the side. Otherwise, fantastic and flavorful dish. Order a glass of their rosé and you’ll have it poured out of a double magnum bottle. Or a Diet Coke and you’ll have a personal carafe on the side. Awesome spot. Bring a group so you can try a bunch of different awesome dishes and just have a good time. Can’t wait to come back.

We had this placed saved for the Palm Springs trip! It was a great idea to come here

We sat outside (it was earlier in the day – so it was still not crazy hot) it was a very calm and relaxing vibes
Server: Vanessa – she was incredible very polite and great demeanor.
Drinks off the menu:
• the joy at the parker – raspberry infused vodka with grapefruit flavor. That was so good! Worth the try
• weekend at the parker – it’s as if an aperol spritz and a margarita had a baby (my friend ordered it and loved it)
Based on the recommendation of one of the employees- we decided to try the burgers and that an excellent choice! I think i was full for the rest of that day!
I added grilled onions and avocado on mine with fries.
The burgers are supposedly made in house and the quality is amazing! Cooked medium for a perfect slight redness in the center and the everything else loaded on top with a fresh and soft bun. Super Yum!
Definitely on my top 5 burgers ever…

Everything was incredible. Thank you for great service and even better food! Job well done

Absolutely top-notch fabulous brunch that is worth every penny. The portions are massive so if you’re with a group, you can do it family style and enjoy a bunch of different things. We had the lemon pancakes and they were divine, I normally don’t order pancakes, but here I definitely would again. We also had the crabcake which was full of crab just the way it should be. The service was off the charts, really some of the best I’ve had and the atmosphere? Well it can’t be beat. It’s the Parker Palm Springs baby and it’s the best!
