The food and staff are excellent here. Came here last minute with my daughter who is in a wheelchair and they got us seated right away. The pizza looked and tasted amazing. In fact, I watched other as their pizza came and every single person of took pictures of their food because of how good it looked. We also had the arancini and it was the best I’ve ever had.

Absolutely amazing food, service and atmosphere, which definitely looks like a little Italian restaurant from the inside!
The pizzas are absolutely delicious and the pastas as well. I would strongly recommend the Busiate al pesto and the gnocchi!
Definitely will be coming back next time i come to nyc.

Excellent food! Felt like we escaped to Italy.
Authentic, perfectly seasoned and great service to boot.
The bruschetta was a great way to kick things off along with the salad. The pizza is true Sicilian style and was divine. The pasta was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious.
Can’t miss Nonna’s cake to finish things off.
Can’t wait to be back.

We ended up coming here twice during our stay — simply because it was that good.
Great, relaxed atmosphere, genuinely friendly and attentive staff, and the food was outstanding.
Everything we tried was spot on. 10/10 — easily one of our favorite places in Hell’s Kitchen.
Would definitely come back.

Norma in Hell’s Kitchen has a charming, intimate atmosphere — the space is a bit tight, but the food more than makes up for it. The dishes are full of rich Italian flavors and feel thoughtfully prepared. The staff is welcoming and attentive, adding to the cozy vibe. A great spot if you’re looking for delicious Italian food in a warm, inviting setting at reasonable prices after a Broadway show.

Food was great, lasagna for my wife that I tasted as well. My margherita pizza with added sausage was outstanding. Italian bread with olive oil was one of the best breads I have ever had. Total bill was a little pricey but it is NYC so what are you going to do.

Sat outside on a beautiful summer NYC day to enjoy a classic Sicilian-Italian lunch. We ordered the Buffalo Ricotta with orange honey, meat stuffed rice ball, and Norma pizza with tomato, mozzarella, basil, eggplant, and ricotta. The Buffalo ricotta tasted sweet and could have been served as a dessert. The pizza dough had a flaky crust and the eggplant melted in your mouth which I really enjoyed. The rice ball was stuffed with meat and tasted savory but not too salty. Great restaurant to try before seeing a Broadway show.

We had a excellent meal for two tonight. Our server Martina was very friendly with good suggestions on the wine, we also took her advice and had the Mortadella pizza, Lamb pasta and finished with a tiramisu. All were super delicious, our favourite was the pasta.

Lady fingers in tiramisu were not dipped in espresso, so we ended up eating just sponge with mascarpone with cocoa dusting on top and one of the staff members was rude
