I am a big fan of Italian cuisine, and pizza is my favorite dish, with olives being my favorite snack as well. I ordered a Margherita pizza, a cappuccino, and a classic mojito, and was also served focaccia with olives. Everything was absolutely delicious.
The waiter who served us was extremely kind, as were the restaurant owner and Mr. Amr, who kindly checked if everything was okay. Everyone was genuinely friendly and welcoming. The interior is beautiful and truly feels like being in Italy.
Being in Italy in the middle of Egypt, I will gladly return.

The pizza was one of the tastiest Italian pizzas I’ve had. The pasta was freshly made too and the food was more than perfect. The thing that i didn’t like at alllll was the hygiene, the plates were exposed to air and the waiter didn’t change them even when the food arrived until we asked him to, the forks were exposed too and there were no tissues on our tables. The waiters took so long to recognize we have finished our food.. overall the food is great , a bit overpriced and the service fees was so so overpriced compared to the quality we’ve received. Hopefully they consider making the restaurant more hygienic.

If you are looking for a place that serves delicious non traditional Italian dishes, then Norma is the place to go to. The food is really delicious and trust me when I say that you will be full by the end of your meal. The starters and Mocktails are also super delicious. Staff menbers( ours was Amr Gamal) are all very kind and give you mouthwatering descriptions of the menu items. You might just want to avoid weekends bec it is packed and some items might not be available.
