Third time coming to Norm and once again I enjoyed my visit! On my first visit, I ordered their Big Breakfast, and it was soooo good!!! I’ve tried several set of big breakfasts in other cafes and I’d say their Big Breakkie is one of the bests~ I personally love their avocado & roasted tomatoes. On my second visit, I tried their sushis. I’ve had better sushis, but they’re still pretty good. This time, I’m trying out their pasta. I opted for Fettuccini Carbonara. They were out of parmesans, but I got the option of changing them into fetas. It was not your traditional carbonara, but it tasted so good!!
Service is always very good! The staffs are all so welcoming and helpful. The space is comfy and suitable for every kind of customers — families, tourists, solo travellers — it is even suitable for working/studying~

I first came to NORM in 2024, and now I’m back again in 2026 – and it’s still just as good.
I really love their menu: so many great breakfast options, delicious smoothie bowls, and very good coffee. Everything feels fresh and well thought out.
The staff are friendly and welcoming, especially, Putri , and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed – the kind of place you want to come back to.
Definitely one of my favourite spots here!

This is a comprehensive review of both my visits for lunch and dinner on the same day. Was greeted immediately upon arrival and I chose to sit outside so I can people watch while eating my lunch. The seafood nasi goreng was full of flavor and the shrimps were juicy. The chicken satay skewers were phemonenal with the warm peanut sauce. Overall a very pleasant lunch. I came back later that night for dinner and ordered the calamari, avocado salad and the lobster humidor cheese with pasta. My server Mira was extremely helpful and attentive. The atmosphere is quiet and the AC is just right to get away from the Bali humidity. This place is a great option for those that want to try to some local fare in addition to the menu that caters well for all tourists. Highly recommend if you are in the Kuta area of Bali.

I came to Norm Sushi Bar late in the evening, after a massage, with about one hour left before closing—which is already a big plus, as they close quite late compared to many places in the area. I found it through Google, drawn by its impressive 4.9 rating and the large number of consistently excellent reviews. Naturally, I wanted to see if it lived up to the hype—and it absolutely did.
From the very beginning, Sari, who took care of me, made the experience outstanding. Her approach was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. She guided me perfectly through the menu, offering spot-on recommendations and making everything feel easy and relaxed.
Following her suggestion, I ordered a combo that included:
• Tuna and salmon sashimi (4 pieces)
• California rolls (8 pieces)
• A very well-prepared miso soup
• A small side salad
• Sparkling water
Service was fast and efficient, the food was fresh, flavorful, and well balanced, and the atmosphere was calm and comfortable, ideal for winding down at the end of the day.
All in all, a top-level experience that fully matches its excellent reputation.
Highly recommended if you’re in Kuta and looking for quality sushi with truly attentive service.

I’ve come here many times, both during the day and at night, and it has always been a wonderful experience. Putri the crew team incredibly lovely and friendly, especially to my son, which makes us feel so welcome every time we visit.
This café is one of those special places that truly cares about moms with children. They even have a little play zone, so parents can relax and enjoy their time while the kids have fun. It’s such a thoughtful and family-friendly concept.

Beautiful big cafe with a great menu which includes both western and Indonesian dishes. We love it so much we’ve been back three times in as many days and tried a range of their breakfast and lunch dishes and everything has been a hit! We highly recommend the gado-gado, sate ayam, nasi goreng, breakfast burrito and breakfast bagel!
The smoothies, frappes and coffees are also amazing and my 5yo loves the little play area with play kitchen.
All the staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming – today we were served by Putri who was very attentive!
