Had this food while visiting the area & as much as I wanted to like it I didn’t. Carrots & peas in hibachi? Hibachi barely had any flavor. Yum Yum sauce was ok. Barely anything in the cups. The miso soup was delicious. Shrimp tempura was not tempura coated & was cold. The gyoza was good. Needless to say I would never go back. Spent 50$ could’ve went to McDonalds.

Prices are pretty good. Food was typical Japanese fair, not exceptional, but certainly good. They will not substitute anything, so don’t ask. Quiet place.

The food is passable, but expensive. Takeout is usually on time for pickup, but I wish I could check the food before I get it home, since you get these over fried egg rolls. The pot stickers aren’t as good as they were when this was Wang’s Garden also.

Ordered 3 maki, 4 pieces of nigiri, spring rolls, and miso soup. My overall take on the food is that it is less expensive than other places and I think they cut corners in ways you wouldn’t expect. The spicy tuna roll had tempura crunch mixed in with the tuna to the point that it didn’t taste like tuna at all – it was a crunchy paste with no chunks resembling fish. I posted a picture and I would never order that again. The miso soup had a great flavor, but only included about 1/2 oz of tofu – 5 pea-size diced cubes. For 10 oz of soup that was unexpected, but it’s probably the most expensive part of making the soup, so that’s why there was so little. Normally I’d expect about 2 oz. The order includes two containers of soup, which was unexpected, but appreciated! I’m not sure if it was a mistake, but it was enough broth for two people.
The spring rolls were pretty good – had a nice crunch and weren’t oily, but the wrapper was a little thick and under cooked, so it ended up feeling a little heavy rather than a nice, light and fresh tasting spring roll.
The nigiri were nicely cut, but weren’t seasoned at all. To be fair, I have yet to find a place nearby that seasons their nigiri with soy and wasabi based on the type of fish being served, but the rice had no seasoning and the fish didn’t either. Easy fix, but it’s like a restaurant serving your food without salt and asking you to add salt yourself.
The food was well-packaged for takeout with everything we needed including napkins, soy, chopsticks, spoons, and orange sauce for the spring rolls.
It was good enough that I would give it a second try, but definitely will ask for the chef’s special next time to see if they treat that any differently.

I decided to try this place with a friend after driving past it many times. I’m glad I did! The sushi was fresh and had a delicate texture, reflecting the quality of fish. The service was friendly and efficient and our order was accurate. The presentation was beautiful and colorful. We sat in a booth-table combination. The only slight issue was the close proximity to other guests when sitting along the wall seating. We will definitely be back!

Great Food! Welcoming staff and peaceful atmosphere! Most of the time I get their hibachi and it’s always delicious . Presentation of the food is always great too. I think the food is worth the price. I always Recommend!

My girlfriend and I are always excited to come here right after we finish our errands nearby. And on top of that, we feel very welcomed. There is one lady who always remembers us easily, even if it has been a long time since we last showed up. We used to live in the area, but moved further south last year. We always enjoy the subtle ambiance. Upon receiving our menus, we noticed additions to the food selections, including the Karaage Chicken. I went with my usual (Hibachi Steak), and hers was Chicken Tonkotsu Ramen. For the family at home, we ordered takeout: Spicy Tuna Maki and Shrimp Tempura Maki. The food has been consistently top quality since our first visit about two years ago. We have been repeat customers.

The food is amazing here, but at our recent visit, the staff was not as friendly. They rarely checked up on us and we had to ask 4 desperate times for to go boxes. Their dining room was not as full so unsure of the cause, but the food being amazing leveled the experience out.

This place had fantastic sushi, and the nigiri was particularly delicious, with the perfect balance of fish and rice. I’d come back here just for that! Fair prices, too, and nice, calm atmosphere. Plenty of parking.
