My wife got some Ramen, grilled chicken. That wasn’t bad. They use a lot of white pepper though.
I got the sesame chicken. That was terrible. No flavor. Fried to death. You can tell their oil was too hot, you could see the burnt parts of the “chicken”. The only reason I use quotations is that I’m not sure it was chicken… not 100% sure cause I didn’t notice much chicken in the double portion I paid for. Tasted mostly like fried breading.
People behind the counter were just watching their phones. Whatever was playing on their tv… was not exactly appetizing

I purchased sesame, chicken and teriyaki and half-and-half, rice and noodles. They charge an extra dollar for half-and-half rice and noodles. I asked the employee is a sesame chicken deep fried and peanut oil. She asked another employee and they said sesame oil. There was no sesame seasoning on the sesame chicken. I told her that I’m allergic to sesame seeds and she went back-and-forth arguing with me the ingredients in it it was very rude and disrespectful. I told her to start over with my plate. She put the plate on the counter didn’t say thank you or didn’t acknowledge me. Was just very rude. I would advise people eat somewhere else. Do not go to this place and the food did not taste well at all it’s flavorless

The line was super long and slow. I had to wait over 20 mins for my food. Then they started serving people that were in line behind us. I missed ky kids game waiting over 30 mins in all to get my food. I will never return. When I asked about the food they said they didn’t help anyone out of order, lied. Then I say that they just started cooking my food after serving 3 people who were in line behind me. Excusing that it took longer to cook beef. Only excuses and didn’t try to make it right.

I just gave 2 stars and it will boost their rating. That should tell you everything. Easily the most sad chicken teriyaki I’ve ever had. I just hope what I ate is real chicken. I’ve attached a picture of what it should look like (from a local food court stall).

Terrible customer service. Also they’re not clean. They made a mistake with my food and just threw it back in the serving dish. The lady manager was extremely rude saying it was her employees 1st day. Then they just kept helping other ppl in line. This was a terrible experience and will never eat at this place. Would not recommend it either.

They do not wear hair nets and you can literally see how when they serve you food it has hair in it and when you come back to mention it they tell you to leave they scream and they say its yours even tough the hair was long and black and i have short hair its outrageous if you care about your health do not!!!!! I got a simple chicken teriyaki. The chicken looks not cooked all the way. Rice tasted not good either . Probably 1 of the worst teriyaki I had. I tried to get a refund, the lady said “it your problem, no refund.” So I am leaving this review.

This place SUCKS!
1. NO hot sauce
2. NO chopsticks, if you don’t mind using a fork when picking up your sushi
3. They advertise bento box so I got that and they handed me a styrofoam to go box.
4. The teriyaki is so sweet (so if that is something you like)
5. Oh and I had to ask for wasabi for my sushi. They gave a pinch in a container.
But boy , the cashier though was super nice but not worth 20 bucks

I wouldn’t even give them a 1 Star. I ordered chicken teriyaki not even 30seconds later they took it off the grill and call my order. I was so shocked how fast the order came up since this is raw chicken being cooked. I opened the box to find that the chicken was still raw and white. I asked if they can cook it longer she was so upset that I even said anything about how her food. She said this is done I said no I ordered less than a minute ago I have the receipt she said it’s pre cooked…..i said I can’t eat this it would make me sick. She said that she can’t put it back on the grill because it has sauce on it. I asked for a refund then she said we don’t do refunds only exchanges I said I want an exchange then I can’t eat this food it would make me and my toddler sick. She said give me your card I don’t Wana see you back here again. Done I never will with the kind of customer service I got. No wonder they have a 1 Star review. Sounds like the kind of ppl working there are very rude. I’ll make sure to tell EVERYONE not to come here again. The photo doesn’t even do it’s justice.

I ordered the Sesame Chicken with white rice and veggies (which was just mushy cabbbage) and ended up getting food poisoning. This was the only thing I ate all day and I am 100% sure that this food made me sick.
