They take way too long to cook the food. There’s only 2 main choices of meats, chicken and beef. They should be precooking the meat as soon as the order is placed, yet the cooker waits until he gets the receipt to then start heating up the meat. I think they do it un purpose to draw a line so people walking by can think that the food is super good, which is not

Terrible service. They have a cashier who’s always on her phone and hiding in the back. I waited for her to come out after a few minutes and asked her who was going to take my order, and she told me to order on the tablet. I told her I was paying with cash, and she made me wait with her awful attitude. After giving me my food, she told me that if I didn’t want to wait, I should go somewhere else. This place never has any customers, and now I see why. If the owner sees this review, I recommend paying attention to the kind of cashiers you have if you want to stay in business.

DISGUSTING! The Takoyaki looks nothing like the picture and has zero toppings. I want to throw up. It just half raw flour balls with stiff octopus legs inside and soy sauce! I was in a hurry and she just gave it to me in a plastic box which was definitely microwaved frozen food. No explaination as to why they weren’t making it and shoved it in my hand. NEVER TRUST THE PICTURES
