The seafood here is fresh. The service is attentive. I’ve been a few times where the wait was around 20+ minutes even with a reservation but mostly because people overstay their welcome and they’re a small place. However once you’re seated the service is kind and pretty attentive.
They have decent handrolls and a good selection of nigiri and cocktails. Nori Gimlet deserves an honorable mention. Sushi can be expensive especially in Dallas but I’d consider this one of my top favorite places to go eat consistently good nigiri. Not ideal for groups since its bar seating so 1-3 party would be more of a sweet spot.

Nori Handroll Bar is spectacular!! Starting off with service, they are incredibly fun, kind, and talented folks here! We even found out the chef we were talking to was the owner, he was so kind!! Took the time to tell us all about the ingredients, where they came from, you could tell the pride he has in the food! And the food was phenomenal!! Super high quality, deliciously paired ingredients and combos, it was such fun dining here we’ve been several weeks in a row! What to get? ALL OF IT. You can’t go wrong! Lots of photos!!

I mean it’s hard to have a negative impression. Dallas is not a city nearby ocean so usually no much fresh seafood available. But this restaurant provides pretty good food quality and freshness. The price is fair but parking is hard and expensive. Not their fault

At first when I walked in and saw that it was completely empty I was a bit worried thinking this place wouldn’t be as good as I was told. I was far from wrong because it was such an amazing restaurant from the food to the service. Ping was friendly and kind the entire time. Loved every dish that was served. Especially the yellowtail hamachi, Brussels sprouts and the crab hand rolls. I can’t remember the name of the drink I got but it was with tequila and it was sooooo good. This is definitely a great place to checkout and I’ll for sure be going back next time I’m in town!

Had a wonderful date night here. Priscilla was our waitress and she took the time to go over the menu, share some of her recommendations & even teach us about sushi. The food was amazing and we will definitely be coming back.

Nori’s handrolls are always super tasty!
So decided to try their omakase this time. Overall, was a descent amount of food and everything was good. However, I think I would stick to their handrolls for next time. Omakase series didn’t feel like very exceptional compared to their handrolls

Charlie, Max, Sebastian, Jimmy, and Jonathan were all incredible stewards of our delightful omakase meal tonight. My husband and I have eaten sushi all across the US and in London and the quality of fish and service at Nori Handroll Bar rivals or tops them all. The Omakase was *incredible* and I sooo highly recommend it. You won’t regret the delightful experience! We’ll plan to come back whenever we are in Dallas again!

The food, service, and vibe were amazing! Everything we had was decadent. I’ll definitely be dreaming about this sushi for a while! I got the Mexican Penicillin to drink; the smokey rich flavor was perfect! Favorites of the night were definitely the Salmon sashimi, Toro Uni Truffle Caviar Nigiri, Ebi Katsu, and Soft Shell Crab. Can’t wait to go back and try their Omakase!

Wow! Hands down the best sushi bar in Dallas, no pun intended.
I was in town for a conference and stopped in for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised by how authentic the food and experience was. This reminds me of sushi bars in Japan. The food was excellent, my favorite was the fatty tuna. My server Peang got me seated immediately and was able to accommodate my dietary constraints with no issue. I highly recommend this spot! If I lived in Dallas this would be my regular place.
