I stopped by here during the Beauty and Wellness Day event, and they were handing out free samples for their smoothies; Tropical, Mango and Strawberry. They all tasted amazing, and the staff were just as amazing and friendly as they served customers. It’s a clean, and chill vibe atmosphere that attracts younger crowds with it’s healthy drink options and snacks. I recommend stopping by this Nordstrom location!

I came to Nashville for the weekend. Of course I had to go to a mall. I decided to go to the mall at Green Hills. After doing some shopping, I was craving a treat. I didn’t know that Nordstrom had an ebar!!! I got a mocha banana ice storm (Frappuccino) and oh gawd! It was such a good drink. The fact that you could taste the mocha and the banana… delicious! I got a grande, it was a lot for me. My gf got the caramel ice storm and she liked mine better. ☺️ I just have better taste. The staff was friendly and service was quick!

Since Starbucks closed for renovations in January, many guests and people who work in the mall like myself have been visiting the eBar frequently. They have been very busy because of this, but they’ve done such an amazing job handling the extra business and keeping a positive attitude. Everyone who works here is kind, and the coffee is delicious! Go visit them today!

Came in here to purchase a bottle of water went in I was told to place my mask on which I did but I guess it wasn’t quick enough for the guy I dealt with so he refuses to sell me a water but proceed to say “that he didn’t want my money and he’ll give me water from the sink” at that time he gets a cup and fills it with sink water and attempts to give it to me. Which makes absolutely no sense so pretty much I’m not good enough to purchase water but you want to give me water out the sink like I’m just some disease ridden animal the guy name is Phillip need to say I am black so thats definitely questioning.

I have visited the Ebar several times over the last ten days during my visit to the Nashville area. My gosh, what a refreshing change of pace. The STAFF are remarkable to say the very least. I went once, ordered a drink, I came back days later, they not only remembered my name but also remembered my preferred drink. How can you ask for better? The product is amazing, the best I’ve ever had anywhere, the STAFF ARE AMAZING. I highly recommend Nordstrom Ebar and please tell them Will sent you. <3

I’ll preface this by saying that I am normally a Starbucks customer, and temporarily forgot that it’s because Ebar gives substandard service most of the time. However, I had a gift card to use so today I visited Ebar to grab an americano with a “splash” of almond milk. Not thinking anything of the total until I looked at my receipt closer… I was charged $0.75 for the splash of almond milk? Usually this is a complimentary addition to any basic coffee order… anywhere else but Ebar apparently. The second and most easily avoidable issue, is that my hot coffee was haphazardly shoved onto the pick up area, with NO lid, causing some coffee to spill out. I guess I was also unaware that my $4.04 grande americano didn’t include paying the barista to add a lid.
