Service could have been a bit better. However, they were really busy and had a meat raffle going on so it was understandable. That being said, the ladies did a really great job. Food was amazing! Highly recommend the Western Burger and wings!

Was with a large parent group of out of an town football team. We had a very fun time at this bar and grill. The staff was super friendly and welcoming as were the local patrons. The food was delicious, especially the pizza! The owner, Deb, came in for some fun games and unique prizes. Very community oriented! We were impressed. Highly recommend. Our team lost to Dell Rapids but we made some good memories. What a great town!

Fantastic small town atmosphere. Food is phenomenal. LOVE the bourbon wings!! Definitely a place you can never have “just one,” as the company is always friendly from the bartenders to the patrons. Norbys is always one to support local as well. They never turn down an opportunity to help the community in any way possible. And… the facelift & remodel looks amazing!! Just what it needed. What a dive. I have gone there twice and I will never go back again.
The first time I went there the service was okay but not great. It took 45 minutes to get my food and when the food finally arrived it was wrong. I got ranch instead of sour cream for my nachos. Gross! They did give me free drink tokens to make up for their mistakes. My first thought once given the tokens was “This must happen all the time. And instead of getting a good cook they would rather give out free beer.” It was busy but still. . . Not a good experience.
The second time I went was about 9 months after the first. It was not very busy at all. I sat at the same table as the first time. I grabbed a menu and chose what I wanted to order. I was super hungry and my bill would have been around $45. However I was there for 20 minutes before I had to go to the bar to place my drink order myself. I got my beer after another 10 minute wait. I did not order food. I walked to the bar and stood there for another 15 minutes before the only bartender in the place came over. I paid ($4) and left. The service has gotten worse! How are you still open?!?!?!? You missed out on $41 with your nonexistent table service.
Hire more servers! Get a manager in there! Move the music machine to a better spot! I know someone that it took an hour to get a burger there. That is ridiculous! An hour to order and then get it to the table. That doesn’t include eating it! Get it together Norbys!

I came up from Miami Florida and I can tell you this was just so refreshing to see! A down home comfy bar. You really felt at home as soon as I walked in.
The people were so nice and friendly, it was clean and the food was awsome. Just down home! LOVED THE DECOR Can’t wait to visit again

The young waitress can bite me, rude, 45 minutes to make a plane cheeseburger and it was still bleeding in the center it was so raw, she’s lucky she’s working in a small town! Bar’s nice! Young waitress sucked! Did I mention that?
