My Fiancé and I have been trying new mediterranean places and we think we just found our favorite. First time here and the food was incredible. Fresh and flavorful!
The chicken Shawarma wrap was the ultimate fave and the appetizer combo. The babaganouche and falafel were some of the best ive ever had. ( Appetizer combo, not pictured we demolished it before we could take a picture )
We also tried the special salad, the chicken kebob plate and lentil soup. We honestly got way too much food but we couldnt decide and every single item was tasty.
Palestinian family owned and operated, please go support you will not be disappointed ❤️
Edited: I forgot to add it was a little chilly when I first got there. They had just opened and it wasnt warmed up yet, they apologized for it being cold. Turned up the heat and brought us both a hot cup of herb tea on the house.

We went to Nora’s Cafe and were pleasantly surprised by the minimal cafe setting with a market connected to the dining area. Sufayan(hope I spelled it correctly)greeted us and we were seated, the menu was clear and our server was more than happy to explain the items and suggested some of the favorites. We ordered and took a quick gander at the market to browse some middle eastern grocery items and the chef busy at creating delicious offerings displayed in the cases in the counter of the store. She greeted us with a smile and a hello as we headed back to our seats for some deliciously smooth Turkish coffee. When our plates arrived, Chicken kabob and a Special gyro, we were greeted by the smoky scent of the grilled meats and sweet smells of warm pita bread, coupled with the amazing salads, Arabic , Greek and Tabbouleh. Basmati rice was the under the meats and an incredibly creamy hummus that complimented the whole plate. Clean flavors, simplicity of spices and a ton of love went into this food. The desserts we had were Baklava and Kanafeh, filo dough mastered in two beautiful creations. The Baklava was served hot, the honey soaked crisp filo dough with nuts and ground pistachios on top made my taste buds sing, there’s a earthy flavor achieved by caramelizing the filo dough with the honey on the bottom and the Kanafeh rich cream cheese and syrup coating with crispy shredded filo was decadent beyond belief, rich and satisfying we left happy and grateful for the wonderful food, people and experience, thank you for sharing your hearts with us.

It was OK. Not bad. I had the Chicken schwarma with taboulli and side of dolmas. The chicken was tasty. The taboulli was great and the hummus was good. The weak points were the rice and dolmas. The rice was plain, bland white rice. The dolmas looked weird and mangled. Taste was OK but far from best dolmas in town.

I have ordered a take out over the phone and they told me the estimated time is 20-25 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes after calling and they said estimated time is 10-15 minutes. I picked up my order after a total of 63 minutes after I placed the order. I wish they were truthful so that I could make other plans.
On top of it, the meat was burnt and bland.
I don’t recommend this restaurant at all.

Fantastic new middle eastern restaurant! The food was delicious phenomenal and everything was homemade. Very well seasoned and the marinated chicken was awesome and fresh. Portions were plentiful and I thought the value was solid. They also have a small market with some Middle East staples that are hard to get at typical grocery stores. Will definitely be back!

I found this listing when a friend and I needed lunch in a specific area of town and I am so glad we went here! Nora’s is phenomenal! No frills setting and that is fine by me. Family owned and run, they are kind and attentive and the food is fabulous. The schwarma wrap was presented so pretty. Their specific chai is full of so much spice and warmth! The hummus is also very delicious and the olive oil they use tastes like they just pressed it. Finally, the warm chef special dessert, like a warm baklava with sweet cheese, is devine! Go here, support them, you will not be disappointed!
