WE DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I got sick from the disgusting dissert. This place has no list prices, making it easy for the owner to charge ridiculously high prices. In addition to being very sloppy when closing the lead of food containers and uncaring when packing unbaked desserts, also the place is unclean.

10/10!! My coworkers put me on to their baleadas and omg they are amazing. We get them from here and another place but this is my favorite spot! The food was nasty, and I paid for food that I thought was good and fresh, but it tasted old and like it was a week old. I wasted money on their food. I bought tamales, and the potatoes were frozen and the chicken tasted old, like it was days old. This place should be checked by a health inspector; I got sick afterward.

This place is clearly a daily stop for the locals from the second you walk in, and we ourselves planned our visit the night before so we could be hungry and prepared. If you’re going to be in the area, it’s a great choice.
They offer a wide selection, all kinds of classics ranging from delicious pupusas to made-to-order egg sandwiches. They even have the Arizona “extreme performance” energy drinks, something I’ve been meaning to try but couldn’t find locally!
We got four pupusas (immaculate!!), a sort of sausage and pepper pasta, and a side of frijoles molidos. Everything absolutely hit the mark, and we’re definitely going to come back to try their other dishes.
The workers here are efficient, kind, and know what they’re doing. They maintain a wonderful selection of both prepared food and products, so regardless of who you bring here to eat, they’re bound to find something up their alley.
All in all, you should absolutely give this place a shot if you get the chance! At the very least, you’ll leave full and satisfied. Literally, you can’t go wrong with this one, and it’s an awesome diamond to find nowadays.

This Nopal is Good to go and buy some good tasty food and Fair Prices . NOT like the Nopal in Washington Ave Brentwood. Those people there are angry to do their Jobs and OVERCHARGED everyone’s. 5th Avenue Bayshore is NOT like that other Nopal . This one has GREAT PEOPLE there working . People who are helpful and Nice place to buy Authentic Salvadorean Food . I sampled some of their Mexican inspired dishes and the food is very tasty and very filling. The fare is also reasonably priced. I would describe their menu as a “working man’s lunch” and far better than sandwiches or fast-food burgers.

Always come here for Taco’s and Pupusas when I am on the road or coming back home from work with my father. The Pupusas aren’t exactly my cup of tea, but the Tacos are 100% bingeable, I can’t get enough of the tacos they have here. I would recommend this place for that, and that alone. I am not to acquainted with anything else the menu has to offer so I can’t comment on that, but the staff are nice, the store looks a little on the older side but that’s the charm of this place.
