What once began as a dream to introduce authentic, nourishing Persian food to Chicagoland has become a true success story. We started as a small, family-owned, 11 table restaurant in 1997. What hasn’t changed through the years, is our philosophy that visitors to our restaurant are our guests and it is our pride and joy to create an atmosphere where people keep coming back for more. We create authentic Persian food that reflects our heritage. Our ingredients are always fresh, most of our spices come from Iran, and our menu is lovingly prepared using our treasured family recipes. We are committed to creating healthy and nutritious meals and have partnered with as well.

Outstanding Persian food!
The quality is excellent and the portions are very generous — you can easily share one dish between two people. It’s a busy place because the food is truly worth it, and the crew is super nice and welcoming.
Definitely order dessert and enjoy the full experience! ✨
The seating could use an upgrade and the dining area is a bit small — the air conditioning could also be better — but honestly, the food makes up for it.
A great spot for anyone who loves real Persian cuisine. Highly recommended! ️

Excellent as always, never had a bad meal here! Everything comes out hot and fresh. We got the kashke bademjan as an appetizer, and it was delicious. We got the chicken and ground chicken kababs and they were amazing! Good enough to make you want to keep eating after you’re full! The portion sizes are generous. I recommend the dill rice with the kababs. You can choose a formal sit down or more casual side of the restaurant. We sat in the casual side and there is a nice station to grab any silverware, takeout containers, etc that you need.

I had an incredible dining experience at Noon O Kabab! From the moment you walk in, the interior design is impressive—it’s clean and has a warm welcoming atmosphere that makes it perfect for both date nights and family gatherings.
The food taste was absolutely phenomenal. We started with the eggplant dip, which was rich and flavorful, and moved on to the main courses. The chicken and beef kabobs were cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and seasoned beautifully. The saffron-infused rice and grilled vegetables tied everything together perfectly. We even ended the night with some of their Bastani (Persian Ice Cream) Persian fig and mango flavors, which were the perfect refreshing finish.
Beyond the quality of the food, the prices are very affordable for the generous portion sizes you receive. You truly get high-end Persian cuisine without the high-end price tag.
I will definitely be coming back soon. This is easily one of the best Persian spots in the city!

Jorge took excellent care of us, and the dinner was incredible. We had always done delivery, but ate in the formal dining area for the first time. We are hooked! The ambience is lovely with beautiful tile art throughout. We are obsessed with the dill rice. Paired with all of the various meats, the hummus, and wine – we had an incredible evening.

Excellent food! Absolutely delicious. Generous portions. The saffron ice cream was made fresh (so good, we forgot to take a picture). Jelena, our server, was kind, knowledgeable about the dishes, and very attentive! The restaurant was immaculately clean and the dining experience was very pleasant. Can’t wait to come back again. And for those to whom it’s relevant, the food is zabiha.

It’s been years since we’ve been to Noona at this location/restaurant but we decided to give them a try because of our fond memories with the original location which was just across the street on the corner. And we now remember why we haven’t been back all these years. ALL of the food is bland, from the cardboard tasteless bread, to the processed low quality feta that is far from fresh to the meat kababs that were tough and not seasoned, the dry bland white rice that had been sprinkled with dry dill on top, (no infused herbs or spices on anything) the skewer veggies weren’t charred in fact there were whole tomatoes that were still cold. Finally, we thought we were being punk’d when the white fish dish came out with the skinniest fillet that was no where near 12-14oz as shown on their website photo. I couldn’t believe it was the same dish I saw on their site so I checked and laughed at the bait and switch of it all! I have never seen this on any other menu in the 30 plus years of dining out before. One price $25 and you won’t know what portion size will come out? Noona needs to decide on portion size of fillet and price accordingly and not insult your customer with less than what is expected for same price. (note photo my fillet was same size as my fork) The server was no where to be found once we received our dishes and she was not very helpful with any suggestions prior to or after we ordered No sauces or appetizers were even suggested to accompany our mains. Judging by the quality of food and mediocre service, no amount of sauce could have helped the food taste better. So we left most of the food and sadly we will not be returning.

I’ve been coming here for years, and the food quality and taste just keeps getting better every time. This is hands down my go-to spot for kababs always very fresh and flavorful. One of the owners is very kind and talkative, I love his energy. It honestly makes sense why the food is so delicious. I highly recommend everyone check this place out!

Nice experience at this restaurant! The overall food was very good, liked that many vegetarian options available. the atmosphere was really nice, and the service was excellent. The portions are quite big, so definitely come hungry. Our server Nicolas was especially friendly and helpful. Big compliments to him.

Got food for takeout. Each and every item I got was very delicious (except the Falafel wrap for me). The kebabs are tender, juicy and flavorful. The lamb shank and the soup are very flavorful as well. The food was packed well too. Loved everything and would definitely order again!!
