Nooki is a healthful, chef- driven , California inspired poke concept that uses local produce, sustainable fish, innovative ingredients. Nooki was created with the goal of providing healthy, nutritious yet flavorful and fun bowls and a more approachable way for diners to enjoy sushi. Our fine-casual restaurant concept takes all the familiar flavors of sushi and puts them in an easy to eat, portable, customizable and affordable bowl. Our other options includes build your own sushi burritos, and a lists of fresh made affordable sushi rolls on our daily menu. Finally, we are proud to call Stillwater home and to embrace the diverse culture that this town has to offer.

I’m actually very surprised of how many good restaurants Stillwater has. And formally so normally saying that a town is gastronomically savvy is very common.
But I have never said that in the US , this is probably the first time that I will say that Stillwater is a gastronomical landmark in the US.
And Nookie is one of the best examples, you will think it’s just a normal restaurant but the way they do the things is amazing.
If I could qualify a 10 out of 10, I will give them a 10 out of 10 .

Let employees know I wanted help ordering because I had allergy restrictions (dairy and soy) they were very thoughtful and accommodating. They provided substitutes for items I needed to remove. Atmosphere was calm and love all the plants in the front windows.

The wrong order came out for my son so we had to wait. His sushi roll was not good. No flavor. I knew something was wrong when he wasn’t eating it. He always devours his sushi. I felt so bad we stopped at Sonic on the way home to get something as he didn’t want to order anything else and I can’t say I don’t blame him. My bowl was really good. I would say avoid the sushi here. Sadly I had heard this was a great place, but sushi is not their best option for sure.

This place is always good! The food is good, the vibe is good, the staff is good! My husband and I wanted to get a few rolls to share. They are so cheap! But also a little small. We got the honey, captain crunch and ninja rolls. Honey was not for us…. It was fresh but just a little too fishy for us. Not their fault, we should have just picked something else. We loved the other two rolls, especially the ninja roll. So we went back & got another since we didn’t eat the honey roll. I got the ramune, which is so fun and not as sweet as American soda! We love this place & this is exactly what I think of when I am craving sushi!

This place changed my mind about Poké bowls. These were the largest sushi rolls i can ever remember having. The food had great flavor and presentation. A good reason to drive to Stillwater.

The combination is perfect. Specially their sauce is really good and makes everything in the bowl delicious!
Don’t forget put their cucumber pickles into your bowl! It’s soooo yummy.
