Fabulous service every time I’ve stopped in!
Jack, Alec, and Christina definitely know their trade as a mixologists. ❤️
Come by during the day for a low-key, comfortable environment with a friend and catch up over finely made cocktails or, enjoy an evening experience with lively vibes at this classy establishment.
I highly recommend it!
I held a birthday party event in the Nook space for a pretty large group that filled the entire space. The decor/furniture and layout made the experience uniquely homey and fun, and special love for the fireplace! Malene and the entire team took such good care of us and went above and beyond (provided extra services like plates for cake, tongs for snacks that I brought, took group photos for us). Even for such a large group, the service was super speedy and attentive. I had 2 rum-based cocktails which were both really creative and delicious — the one with yam in particular was super good. Overall would definitely come back, with or without a group!
Stopped by around 7PM on a Friday, just before it got super-crowded. There was limited seating indoors (just two tables plus the bar and some couches), but the small terrace seats overlooking the square were a nice touch—especially if you’re visiting on a warmer evening. The bar itself was stylish enough for a proper cocktail night, but also relaxed enough to feel cozy and unpretentious.
As for the drinks, they seemed to do frequent rotations to keep things fresh (Some of the hyped-up favorites from the past were no longer available). Of the three we tried, the Fairmount Flip was our favorite. As described, it was a full-bodied, creamily cocktail reminiscent of the classic Montreal egg & cheese bagel sandwich. An impeccable mix of sweet, salty, and creamy that somehow just worked. The other two cocktails we tried leaned more generic.
Overall, it was the kind of place that elevated our casual night out without ever trying too hard. Definitely a place I’d return to after dinner for a nightcap or even just to grab a seat on the terrace and unwind.
I do not recall now which of the drinks we got but we got a variety of cocktails with different flavor profiles and all of them were super great. I would definitely go back!
One look at the not so thin menu of cocktails should tell you that they take mixology seriously. There is one (or a few) that will pander to every taste, mood, feel or sense!
And if you feel like something regular or exotic, just ask!
While chatting with Alec about the dearth of Yellow Chartreuse and how I was hankering to make a Death Flip at home, he offered to make a slightly altered version of it which blew my mind!
Oh yes, have to mention how amazing and knowledgeable Alec was!
