First time trying out this new restaurant in downtown Claremont. It had the perfect location and super convenient as it’s in the town center. The ambience inside is very casual, really good for lunch breaks, family outings, and date night.

We ordered so much food with my family. Taiwanese beef noodle soup, beef fried rice, Dan Dan noodles, beef stir fry, and string beans! The portions were decent sized, we had so much leftovers. The soup dumplings were my favorite, it was very juicy!

Food came out pretty quickly as well. Service was great, we were greeted and seated right away. We ordered through a QR code, and everything was really efficient.

My mom and brother wanted to treat me out to lunch for my birthday. My mom also wanted to try this spot because it’s new.

Parking: They’re located in Downtown Claremont. There’s free street parking and a free parking structure. Usually during the weekends, it’s harder to find a parking spot. Even during the week day, it was somewhat busy.

Ambiance/Environment: They have a med/large space with plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor seating. It’s very clean inside. The floors, tables, chairs, and decor are new. Perfect for groups of any size.

Service: We visited on a weekday, so it wasn’t busy. We were greeted and seated immediately once we walked in. If you’re ordering to-go, then you’d order from the register. If you’re dining, then choose an open table. I forgot our server’s name, but she was courteous. She checked on us a couple times. We were directed to scan the QR code and place our orders through the system. Throughput was also quick after ordering.

Foods:

1) Dan Dan Noodles – I ordered this dish. Their version of dan dan noodles is different compared to other dan dan noodles I’ve had. I’m used to peanut-buttery sauce, some spice, and less pork. Their version contains a generous amount of ground pork, couple pieces of broccoli and carrots, and egg. The noodles were thick and cooked well. Idk what exactly was in the sauce, but I thought it was okay.

2) Mini Soup Bun – My mom ordered this. The soup buns came out steaming. Careful when you bite into it because the soup will spill out lol. There was pork inside. It was cooked well, and the soup was good.

3) Scallion Pancake – My brother ordered this for the table. Can’t go wrong with a classic Chinese appetizer. It simply contains flour and green onions. These were delicious.

4) Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup – My brother also ordered this. It contains beef, flour, and broccoli. My brother really enjoyed this. The soup looks intimidating, but it isn’t spicy at all. The noodles were also thick and cooked well. The beef slices tasted as expected.

5) Beef Roll Pancake – My mom ordered this for the table. I prefer the outside to be a bit more crispy with a golden brown finish. The filling was good though.

Pricing: Prices are as expected. I wish the menu had more specific descriptions of the dishes. They have a rewards program, and if you sign up, you’ll receive 10% off your first order. I also got a free tote bag. Overall, I think the food was okay and they have opportunities to improve.

Beautiful bright clean space with fresh flowers on each table. Dishes came quickly and the service was great. The sauces for the wontons and the beef roll pancake were fairly sweet, so avoid those if you like your Chinese food less sweet.

We ordered the shrimp dumplings and they were really good. The service was excellent, too. Our server was very attentive and always checked to see if we needed anything. The place is also really clean. Highly recommend!

We tried a variety of dishes here today — the braised beef noodles, hand-pulled noodles, and dry-fried green beans were all solid, with generous portions and good flavors. The place is clean and the food comes out quickly, which is always a plus.

But the biggest highlight is definitely the Xiao Long Bao.
They were genuinely impressive — thin, delicate skin that doesn’t break, filled with rich, flavorful broth, and a juicy, tender pork filling. The balance of flavor and texture was perfect. One steamer basket honestly isn’t enough; I’d recommend ordering at least two.

If you visit this restaurant, the Xiao Long Bao is an absolute must-try. It was the star of the entire meal!

In all honesty I don’t mean to come off rude or offensive but this is without a doubt the worst place I’ve ever eaten at. However, the service is very polite and nice. The drinks were terrible and the food was terrible.

The workers there are super nice and greet you and the food they serve is amazing. The prices are perfect since you’re paying exactly for what you’re gonna get. Another thing is the layout of the place is really great. I highly recommend the thai milk tea and the shrimp dumplings.

I brought my family here today because I saw the good reviews on the Internet and I would love to support local businesses. However, my family sat down and we were told to order through the QR code. We have waited for straight 40 minutes after we ordered and our food is still not ready. People who came after us already got their food, which is so confusing. And I checked with my waiter if my order went through or not, and they said it did. But I don’t know why my food takes so long. My family was really excited to try this place, but it really disappoint us. Other than that food taste good And my server was really attentive and nice. I’ll leave my two star to the service.
