Don’t skip this place on Pacheco Blvd. 10/10 foods. It’s an all Asian food in one place.Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Japanese. Korean bulgogi beef bowl was amazing. The fried rice is 10/10. Will wake up your taste buds. The pho is as perfect as it get. Just amazing. Will return to try more items.

I am in love with this place. I come here like twice a month. They will never go out of business when im here. I get the vermicelli EVERY single time i come here. I am obsessed with this dish. Its a 1,000 out of 10. I want to live here . Every dish is BOMB. I don’t hate a single dish in this restaurant. And the service is amazing. The waiter always asks us if we want more water or if we need anything else. This over D Pho any day this restaurant is 100x better

Food was OK. Got some Shrimp Sprill rolls, The peanut sauce tasted just like peanut butter. They also had cabbage inside which I NEVER had in any spring roll. The Beef Bulgogi was good. The pho was bland, the meat quality was good. Needs improvement for more authentic Vietnamese food

Best pho in Los Banos, the combo pho was delicious and light. I’m not a fan when the pho tastes too much like Star anise, but this one had the perfect balance. The spring roles were also nice and fresh, with the shrimp being cooked perfectly. The spicy chicken bahn mi was also delicious. Will be returning here soon!

Ordered a beef pho, spicy pork bulgogi over rice and the fresh shrimp spring rolls.
The pho, don’t bother if you’re accustomed to Bay Area restaurants. Far too salty, lacked depth. Spicy pork dish was pretty good. The fresh spring rolls, passable.

Had the Pho #1 combo. Taste was not to my liking. Too salty, not much of the pho spices in the soup. Thai tea was too sweet, like Apple Jack’s with strawberry flavored milk (if you know what I mean). Did not eat the sandwich yet. The service was good and fast.

Amazing! Came here two days in a row since I was working out of town. The Bahn Mi sandwiches are some of the best I’ve had as far as Vietnamese sandwiches. The Pho was fresh and the broth was clean! The vermicelli noodle dish probably the best I’ve ever had! Never had Vietnamese’s fried rice but I got to say the chef has this one down!!! So unique of a fried rice dish! Go! Definitely worth the visit! The service was also noteworthy, very nice lady!

I cried alittle, the pho was so good. I haven’t had pho this good in years. My girlfriend’s Pad Thai was cooked to perfection and the bobas were to die for. Their pot stickers are incredible and their sauce is made here. Everything is incredibly delicious

New Pho restaurant in town! We tried a few different dishes and everything came to our table hot in a timely manner, despite it being a busy afternoon.
We could tell the servers were new (forgot our drinks, forgot our appetizers, waited on others who came in after us, etc), but that’s to be expected with a new establishment.
Despite encountering an issue with one of the meals, we will definitely be back due to the professional manner of the manager/owner and the way she resolved the issue.
Our food arrived hot and with a nice presentation. Overall, we enjoyed our visit to Noodles Pho U and will be returning when they have their grand opening in 3 weeks.

Besides the service was not the greatest. The guys do forget to bring stuff to the table. But thats a management issue. Either train them better or get new people that have work experience. But let’s get to the main this the phó. The broth if u are a phò lover well you know the broth its everything. You taste it just by it self and u go from there. It was not so Rich in flavor and even though I added the sauce it still wasn’t like “WOW” it’s a decent 7 out of 10. So is it worth the $17 or $20 dollars. NO. But if you don’t wana drive that far well it might take the crave away. And to add, the rib was hard. And it didn’t had flavor.
