4 of us went here to celebrate my birthday by accident. I had made a reservation at a steak house. However, saw this place upon parking and was drawn to it. We were greeted by Cecilia the Host. She was very patient with us as we could decide between indoor and outdoor seating. She came up with the PERFECT solution. Fabio was our waiter, he knew the menu inside out and all his recommendations were SPOT ON. Ask for him. The restaurant decor is like Italy meets Las Olas, very classy. Inside you have a clear view of the clean kitchen. You also have the option to be outside with a nice street view and are able to people watch comfortably. I can’t say enough about the food, EVERYTHING WAS BEYOND AMAZING. One of the BEST ITALIAN CULINARY experiences I’ve EVER had. I could consume food from here everyday. You can tell everything is made fresh in house. Even the produce used, like their tomatoes are EXCELLENT. I SHALL RETURN

Noodles is the only quality restaurant on ELO to go for fresh in the pan/over exceptional cooking. Most all other restaurants pre-cook their meals and simply warm them up. You can defiantly taste the difference. The small cozy atmosphere makes Noodles the best of the best on ELO.

Just sat down w my 11 yo daughter, she was hungry , but she’s tiny, she wanted a kids pasta. The waiter refused to serve us. We left, wouldn’t recommend.
We went a little further to a very nice and cozi resto, louie bossi, they treated us so well, it was packed , and they got us a place to sit and eat by the fireplace. Never spend money, specially time, on places that doesn’t appreciate and value your presence 😉

My wife and I paid a visit to Noodles Panini on Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale. The initial service hiccup was soon forgotten thanks to the great effort of one of their staff members who promptly realized we hadn’t been helped.
However, I must note that the pricing seemed disproportionately high. We found most pasta dishes creeping into the $30s. For that kind of price tag, we were expecting dishes that would really wow us, but the taste was, at best, just alright.
Their interpretation of a bruschetta dish was, to say the least, an unexpected and disappointing surprise. Picture this: a giant loaf of bread cut in half, heaped with toppings. It was cumbersome to eat and the flavors just didn’t come together the way we had hoped.
All in all, despite the effort from the staff, Noodles Panini on Las Olas left us with a less than stellar experience. The steep prices did not align with the quality and execution of the dishes, making it a tough recommendation. We encourage potential visitors to consider these points before deciding on a visit.

The food and atmosphere are fantastic! I wish I could have sat outside but Florida had other ideas. Our server Nikki was a sweetheart and took excellent care of us! Would recommend to anyone wanting to try something new :,)

Food was blend compared to last year. Server inattentive. $9 for extra sauce for the meatballs. $6 for bread. Last time. Meatballs heated in microwave. Poor management. Don’t know what happened in a year.

We ordered what we wanted… but I received AND was charged for the Panini the waiter suggested… not the one I ordered. No apologies or correction to bill.
Having said that, the food was delicious! Shame they function in unapologetic upsell mode – the food is so good, the hustle is a turn off. Undecided if we will ever return – Ft. Lauderdale has so many great choices.

Very good meal, the drinks were very nice too. They had good specials going on and I had the Alfredo which is not on the menu but a nice surprise.
Next door something over at El Camino that threw off the night a bit, there was a loud pop sound and everyone started running. It was a stampede.
The staff at Noodles Panini helped us all get inside and to safety, holding the door for us and locking it. Police arrived quick on scene.
Thank you for the hospitality and safety. We will definitely return.
