I feel the food was microwaved. We ordered the garlic crunch mac, chicken noodle soup, and potstickers. We walked in believing it would be of some sort of quality. We ordered dine in and the food was given to us in plastic Tupperware without lids. The food was cold, low quality, and looked and tasted like it was microwaved. The potstickers tasted like nothing and had no pan marks whatsoever. They were definitely not freshly steamed and were cold. The garlic mac was nauseating and I couldn’t get through more than a few bites. All the food was very low-mid quality. I feel that even for a chain restaurant the quality was very low for what it was portrayed as. The food was still edible so if you really need to eat them it is an option, but I would not recommend it if you want to enjoy your food. One of the staff members seemed very nice, while another seemed like they would rather be anywhere else. The service wasn’t terrible but wasn’t great or inviting. The restaurant was clean for the most part, they do have customers clean off the tables themselves so there were a few small wrappers and such, but for the most part it was clean.

First time there and I must say the crispy chicken Alfredo was greeeeat. I’m definitely going back to try something else.

I’ll let you figure this one out… hint:
Other than that pretty disappointing for 13 bucks… almost ALL sauce and I finished all the noodles and had over half of the bowl left of just random foods. I guess the “Noodles & Company” really emphasizes the “company”. Also… why are we putting raw broccoli in pasta at least cook it a tiny bit- the raw broccoli has a completely different flavor and it’s a terrible texture for soggy pasta.
Other than that, the kitchen was extremely loud. I don’t know why they were screaming and yelling, but at least they’re having fun.
Sincerely, a former manager at a food place

Service was very fast as the restaurant was nearly empty. I got the chipotle chicken pasta which is delicious. The chicken was mostly good but there was a chewy piece which was gross. Everything else was good.

Unfortunately did not meet my expectations of food. I moved from Colorado and Noodles and Company was my favorite fast food chain. Fresh, hot, and delicious food that felt like a home cooked meal. This place was not even on par even on the bad days in Colorado. The food we received was not even warm. My son asked if we could even heat up the food. I decided not to because I was a bit worried if they would tamper with it. So we just ate what we could and saved the rest for home. The staff was also unprofessional. The girl who was taking my order, has long hair with red coloring/highlights, was chewing gum whole taking my order. It was not only distracting but also felt like she could care less about getting my order correct. She thankfully did but still not great. And I had my friend with me who understands Spanish, which there was a worker who was on the phone talking about his personal life. Truly a disappointing experience. There however was one worker who was really helpful and nice. She wore hearing aids. Super sweet. If there were more staff like her the environment would be a lot better. Was it worth $61.03? No. No it wasn’t sadly. I felt like I wasted money.

I take care of an elderly friend in his 90s. He is pretty picky and doesn’t eat much. I tried the spaghetti and meatballs. It actually tasted pretty good to him and he ate about half of the dish. I think it could of used more sauce, but it was slippery enough to fall off his fork twice – a new record for him and spaghetti. It was a little spendy

The staff here is extremely patient and kind. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The place is CLEAN, like your grandma’s house clean. Everything is stocked, and there is literally no lines for waiting. Best gf Mac n cheese! Coke Freestyle soda options too.

I rated this 4 stars because of the manager’s generous and immediate response to my situation. I had used the noodles app to make my order it went thru, I got the order confirmation and my card was charged but somehow the restaurant on Nimbus Ave did not receive the order.
When I showed the manager my order confirmation she immediately got the order started and did not charge me for it nor for the last minute drink I asked for.
My thanks to the manager and to Noodles I would say please fix your app and recognize the restaurant manager for doing the right thing.

We were super excited to try this place and the service was average but the food was horrendous we ended up thowing our food away and stopping for food on our way home. I wouldn’t recommend going here. I genuinely try to give places to chances just in case they were having a bad night but nothing can get me to to back.

Noodles and Co. used to be one of my favorite stops. Unfortunately their portions have shrunk and the prices have gone up up up. It’s really not worth coming anymore based on what you get. I wouldn’t mind paying these prices if you actually got a full meal but a half filled bowl ain’t it.
