I love noodles n company mac and cheese. It’s the only dish I get. I’m very frustrated though because every single time I’ve gotten it in the past year or 2 I have other foods in it. I’ve had bacon end up in it, spiniach, broccoli…. And more. It’s kinda disgusting. Sometimes it even tastes like other dishes. This seems like cross contamination to me. It doesn’t seem like things are being properly cleaned and cooked. It’s really gross honestly. Please fix this.

I haven’t been to Noodles and Company for years because this location was so bad. I decided to try it again today and I will say it was really pleasant. The food tasted great! My only complaint was that the noodles could have been warmer. I also want to say that people working did really well for a lunch rush with only 3 people and stayed positive even under pressure. I will be back!

Noodles & Company at the District in South Jordan absolutely changed history the moment the staff confidently called my wife “Kaylen” instead of Kayli.
You could feel the record scratch as her identity gently slid off the table and into a bowl of marinara.
Since that day, every time someone says “Kay,” she flinches like a pasta-based PTSD flashback.
Who names their kid Kaylen anyway?
Actually never mind, this is Utah, where names are invented during snowstorms or caffeine deprived early morning baby blessings, so fair game.
The Big Rosa with chicken parm showed up hot, saucy, and powerful enough to temporarily distract us from the naming incident…
Five bites in and we forgot our names entirely, which honestly might be the point of Noodles & Co.

If you order in person and they’re busy with online/DoorDash orders, plan on waiting a long time for your food.
We ordered at 6:11 PM on a Friday there were only a couple of people in the restaurant. However, the ticket machine kept printing nonstop for delivery orders. It was very clear that online orders were being prioritized over customers who were physically there waiting.
We waited 25 minutes for three meals in a nearly empty dining room. I had to go up multiple times to ask about our order, and each time was told it would be “up soon & they fill the orders as they come in”
The biggest issue isn’t just the wait — it’s the system. If online orders are slammed, in-person customers should be told upfront that there will be a significant delay. Most restaurants balance both streams better.
Just a heads up: if you’re dining in during peak online ordering times, expect a long wait.

We’ve been eating at this location on and off since they opened. It went from good to worst-place-to-eat-at to decent. My family loves this place for the overly priced Mac n cheese. I like to try new dishes each time I come here because each one is disappointing to me for one reason or another. A few years ago, the last time we tried this place after having been regulars, the zucchini noodles made me throw up, so it took us a long time to return here.
Finally when we came here again, I tried something new on the menu, as is my norm, hoping this will become my favorite meal here. It looks nothing like the photo and there were no mushrooms at all. I can’t taste the prosciutto, though I bit one in half and saw small chunks of some kind of meat, but it looked more like ham than thinly sliced prosciutto that’s advertised on their video playing next to the menu.
I took a picture of my hand next to the bowl for size comparison. This is the larger “regular” size.

Ordered one pesto cavatapi with chicken, NO tomatoes, but WITH mushrooms. ordered a second with meatballs, NO mushrooms but WITH tomatoes. so tell me why the neither pasta came with tomatoes and the one with meatballs had mushrooms. This is the third time they’ve messed up a super simple order. I even left a tip prior to picking up my food (to insure proper service which apparently we’ve forgetten thats what tips even means.) Used to love noodles and company but its not worth it anymore if I can’t get what I’m paying for.

Ordered the Pad Thai Noodles, side of Creamy Cheddar Mac, and the Spicy Korean Steak Noodles this occasion. The service was great but the food was mediocre. The Mac was watery, not creamy. The Pad Thai was the best with a score of probably 5/10, with the Korean Noodles at about the same score. Pictured is the Pad Thai. A little too expensive for the quality.

Came here with my family and ordered two pasta dishes and soup. The soup was great but the pasta was super salty (like I ate a bite and felt the crunchiness of the salt). We asked them if we could get replacements because they were way too salty. They took them back and we waited 25 minutes and watched multiple people get their dishes before us. We eventually decided to just cut our losses and ask for a refund. They gave us the refund and we left. Probably will not be back.

Went here today and the cooks were not working just messing around while the person taking and bagging orders was begging them to put stuff on the stove. As for the food, we asked for no broccoli and spinach and there was both we also asked for different noodles and they also didn’t do that. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
