I came in today around 7 pm for a takeout order. The wait was a little much but understandable because of the time of day. There seemed to only be one person in the kitchen that was actually cooking. I ordered 3 pestos and a mac n cheese. When I come in the afternoon it takes them less than 5 minutes to make my order but tonight it took them almost 30 minutes. The worst part of my experience was coming home and finding a big peice of plastic in my mac n cheese. That is a safety and health hazard. I would also like to add that not a single employee had on gloves or washed there hands one time when I was in the building. I am heavily disappointed in my service tonight.

We were a little hesitant to eat here since seeing the reviews, but our experience was great and our food came out perfect. The employees very friendly and attentive. We ordered the Mac & Cheese with Parmesan crusted chicken (one of our favorite combos!) and it was very delicious. We appreciate the employees being kind and giving us a great experience here.

They were great! They gave us a call to let us know something was left behind and it was really nice since I was just a turn away. My order says it was packed by Carter, but the entire staff was super sweet including Carter. I hope their nights a full of big tips and calm customers❤️

Ordered the Pad Thai, Penne and Mac N Cheese. Portions are very small, especially for the price. I had the Pad Thai and it was terrible. I tried a bite of the other two and they were not even average tasting. Not fresh, very bland and tasted so processed and fake it might at well been a .99 microwave dinner. No idea how this place is staying in business.

I love noodles and company my fiends and I go weekly. The Mac and cheese I get is amazing every single time I go, the speed is fast and my Mac and cheese is always creamy and smooth. The customer service is good, the owner likes to give me a little extra noodles. The price isn’t too high and perfect for the quality of noodles. I only end up waiting around 5 minutes for my food to arrive at my table. Everyone should go and eat the Mac and cheese.

Wish there was an option to give 0 stars. Purchased a Thai Chicken Soup and a Chicken Veracruz Salad from the Saratoga Springs branch using their phone app. We picked it up and when we got home, found that the bag didn’t have the soup and the salad came with no dressing. We had requested to keep bacon on the side, but they kept chicken on the side with no address to what happened to the bacon?!
The portion of serving was so little inspite of us ordering a regular size (pic attached) with hardly anything in it except lettuce and tomatoes. For the other add-ins, it maybe had a sprinkle of 2-3 pieces of corn and a teaspoon of old guacamole (instead of fresh avocado pieces) and no other ingredients like onions or cilantro or crispy jalapeños – as per their menu in their website!! And I’m not even joking! This is crazy! When we called, there was no apology – instead they just simply asked us to come collect the soup.

The food was good, and they substituted zucchini noodles for pasta, which is always a plus in my book. But we specifically ordered it to stay, because we’d been about most of the day. Still, they brought it to our table in a bag and set it in the middle between us. (?)
We found a table to clean off, although there were only two other tables occupied, and the gentleman behind us had to clear his own table as well. *sad*
I gave four stars because the food was hot and tasted good.

I love Noodles and company and I’ve been craving their Mac and cheese with steak. I had it delivered with a free delivery I had earned. The meat looks like shredded beef not steak and I didn’t get the drink I ordered. This location used to be great but over the last few months quality has slipped alot. Probably won’t go to this location unless things start to change.
