Amazing super nice service me and my friend went in and realized we didn’t have any money so we were waiting for a ride and a worker came over to us and asked us what’s going on and as we were doing that, she said we were here and then she gave us a free drink. Very nice service!

We ordered our food online which was over forty minutes late from delivery alone. The food was not the greatest because it got really cold from the delivery. We contacted the restaurant though and they were very understanding and awesome. They gave us a refund. I don’t recommend ordering online but we will be trying them again in person with how responsive the actual restaurant was.

My wife and I love this restaurant! This location was clean and the employees polite and professional. Great noodle dishes and super delicious chicken. These restaurants also have a Coca-Cola brand soda machine that dispenses an EPIC amount of flavored drinks **see pictures**. Traffic on Eagle road can be heavy at times, making it a little bit difficult to either enter or exit the parking lot, but that is the nature of things.

Snarky young woman named Devyn at the counter, sarcastic beyond measure when we asked if she planned to acknowledge us or take our order as we watched her process neverending to-go orders BEFORE even looking at the people in line. The woman in line behind us was equally displeased. Dirty lobby. Subpar food.

The staff that helped me were nice, however my order was very undercooked. I ordered the Pad Thai and the noodles were firm and many of them were stuck together. In general I love Noodles and Company but this location continues to disappoint in the quality of their food compared to other locations. I would rather wait a little longer to get good food that’s properly cooked than get it quicker and mediocre.

So I ordered on the app for my mother and myself. After picking it up and going home. We find that we’re missing two items. I ordered a 1/2 and 1/2. 1/2 Fettuccine Alfredo and 1/2 cesser salad. Mom asked for a Baguette. And we received neither. Oh and no straws.
Look I know that as the customer I should check the bag before I go. However I TRUST that the crew serving the food world get it right. It is their job…

The food was OK. It wasn’t bad nor would I say good also. The stake was very chewy and hard. I thought it was just mine however my wive food was exactly the same with a different dish. The guy taking out order was a little inattentive but nice. The garbages we’re not easily found not by the doors.
