Shame on this place. 4.00 dollars for 5 little pieces of chicken as add on. Noodle bowl is less then half full. Not worth the 12 dollars for each bowl. What a waste. No egg in noodles as described. I can’t believe the owner allows this.

As a DoorDash driver who frequently picks up from this location, I wanted to share feedback about a policy I encountered that may unintentionally be creating problems for both drivers and the store.

The DoorDash system assigned me two orders (a standard stacked delivery). When I arrived, I was told the store would no longer release two orders to drivers and that I needed to contact DoorDash myself to remove one before they would give me anything.

While I understand the concern about orders being delivered incorrectly, the DoorDash platform already tracks and flags drivers who make those mistakes. Drivers accept stacked orders in good faith because the platform structures them that way. Being told at pickup that one order must be dropped reduces the driver’s expected pay and also creates delays, because drivers must stop and contact DoorDash support before leaving.

It also creates additional delays for customers. When an order is removed from a driver after arrival, it has to be reassigned to another driver and re-enter the dispatch queue, which often means the delivery ends up taking significantly longer than originally expected.

Additionally, DoorDash drivers are independent contractors, so we have no control over the behavior of other drivers. During the interaction I was told to “tell my coworkers to stop delivering wrong orders.” Drivers are not coworkers and have no authority over one another. Being addressed this way and treated as though I was responsible for the actions of other drivers was unprofessional and inappropriate.

I appreciate the store trying to solve a problem, but this approach may unintentionally slow down deliveries and create unnecessary friction for drivers who are simply following the assignments given by the DoorDash system. If policies like this become common, many drivers may begin avoiding the location, which could ultimately slow down delivery times for customers as well.

Situations like this can also create dispatch inefficiencies within the DoorDash system that affect delivery timing metrics for both drivers and merchants.

If this is a store-level policy rather than a company policy, it may be worth reviewing with regional management so it doesn’t unintentionally disrupt delivery operations.

The 8 or so employees working were completely oblivious. I ordered online, received the email stating the order was complete and tried to get someone’s attention for 10 minutes to ask if the bag sitting in the back was mine. After I finally flagged an employee down and asked, they completely forgot about me in which I had to ask her again. It was indeed mine sitting there for 15 minutes. There was a family waiting for their food at a table, I could plainly see their food sitting there for 15 minutes while they waited and employees spoke over it, not serving it just clueless as to what they should be doing. The time before, our order was wrong and no chicken was on our buttered noodles. This location needs better training and better managing.

I’m really disappointed with my experiences at this Noodles & Company. I order from here often because it’s close to my home and reasonably priced, but consistency is a major issue. I’d say only about 4 out of 10 times my bowl is made correctly, with a good portion and great taste. Most of the time, the portions are extremely light, with barely any meat, and there have been multiple occasions where the meat was forgotten entirely.

I always tip, I’m patient, and I never complain when my order is light or running late, but this has become a recurring problem. On top of that, I have a gluten allergy and despite clearly requesting gluten free, I often find one or two regular noodles mixed in, which is concerning. Most recently, during a snowstorm, I picked up a chicken alfredo bowl that had zero chicken in it. This has happened before, and when I contacted corporate, I was promised a free entrée that I never received. I understand mistakes happen, but when the same issue keeps happening, it’s frustrating and disappointing.

Only been here once and it was amazing! The food was unreal, the establishment clean and inviting. Most of all the employees are the best you’ll ever meet. Keep up the good work, we will definitely be back.

My partner and I absolutely love Noodles and Co. It was one of the places we frequented when we began dating. We recently moved nearby this store and we were super excited to try it out. The majority of the time, we have either gone in or picked up food in the evening. We have never had any issues and it has been fantastic. However, we went in around 2:30 today and they messed up my order. This normally wouldn’t be an issue, however after my partner went up to explain, they spoke poorly about us while still in earshot. Overall, it’s a very good place but I will be avoiding going in during the daytime unfortunately.

Great place for a good plate of food. The portions are perfect and my Korean spicy noodles were great. I love the place for its friendly and helpful staff. It’s clean and has a nice ambiance to it. It also has outdoor seating which will be great when it’s warm. I wanna come back for some other dishes

The lady that made my food was barely alive. The noodles were like warm at best and the Parmesan crusted chicken was cold. The only thing that was truly warm was the bread. Since you have to tip before you even get your crappy meal I tipped them for their horrible service and food prep skills. So sad, don’t think I will be tipping for take out anymore.

First time at Noodles and Company, and I will be back again. Ordered stroganoff with a side salad and zoodles & shrimp covered in black truffle cheese sauce with a side salad.
Delicious! We also enjoyed pot stickers! Everuthing came out quickly, and the food was fresh. Awesome service.
