Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 – Pad Thai with Chicken had heavy flavors on top and some sourness. It’s missing some nuts or earthiness to add to the flavor of the dish as it is sweeter than typical pad thai. The additional $3.75 for about 2 or 3oz of chicken breast was not worth.
Spicy Korean Beef Noodles was great and they didn’t hold back on cilantro and green onion. The flavor is very strong on this dish and it’s a bit queasy but hit the spot. Texture of the noodles is great
Roasted Garlic Cream Tortellini had heavy seasoning with cheese which could be a bit salty. The combination of texture between the tortellini, spinach, mushroom, and zucchini was great.
Ambience: N/A – ordered food to go but it looks like a fast food restaurant with very streamlined menus, and interior design is clean with organized booths/tables
Service: 5/5 – quick and efficient. There was a huge number of to-go orders on the counter
Value for price: 5/5 – very quick and provides a filling meal. Would skip on the addition of protein

After waiting for almost 2 hours on a 50$ order the food was never delivered. Super sad, no reason was provided for this and now it will take up to a week to refund the money. Not a good experience, at all and i for one will no longer be taking my business to this location. Super unfortunate especially because I objectively ike noodles

So I showed up at the restaurant ordered at the counter and immediately realized that I forgot my card. I live about 10 minutes from the restaurant (so about a 20 minute round trip) when I got back to the restaurant, I reordered and the guy behind the counter had my bag ready to go. I asked for them to remake it because my food was sitting there for 15-20 minutes. He reassured me that it just came out of the kitchen… B.S. .when I’m paying $25 for frickin noodles, I want them to at least be warm. The thing that got me is that EVERYONE behind the counter and in the kitchen was obviously put off that they had to make it again. What restaurant makes someone’s order that has not been paid for yet. The reason I wanted it remade is because in the past we have been served cold food when we ate at the restaurant. When the order was ready a girl threw my order at me across the counter. Needless to say we will NOT BE ORDERING FROM THE LOVELAND LOCATION AGAIN.

I ordered for delivery and found out someone stole my order before the driver got there. Rather than just remaking the food and sending it with the driver who was willing to wait, they had to make things difficult. Looks like no dinner for me tonight. Great job noodles and company.

I love the food but almost every time we order something is wrong. It gets very fusterating paying for stuff when order isnt right. The last time my Mac n cheese was a regular but it was only half full. It was barley a full meal.

Absolutely delicious dishes here, the portions look a bit small on the menu, but they are plenty and you will be filles up for sure. The meatballs are amazing and are a perfect addition to any dish. This location in particular is beautiful to catch the sunset.

5-2-2024 – service has really hit rock bottom. Brought a group in – we ordered and then went to get our drinks. The soda machine was out of a lot of the drinks, so I went to the counter and asked the young girl (she was new) if they had any more she was Very pleasant and went to look – I went to sit back down and then the other girl working started reprimanding her (she was being out the syrup) and told her not to do that ( she yelled at her so long that new customers came in and she told her, her job was to help them. ). Obviously the policy is NOT to fill the drink machine as the second girl doing the reprimanding just threw the syrup box in the machine without fixing it and our group proceeded to just have to have the few drinks available. I WILL NOT be coming back.

The portions were horrible. My mother- in-law ordered a small bowl and received more food in her small than each of us who ordered a regular. Definitely don’t waste your money on the regular. They need to have better portion consistency.

My Alfredo MontAmore With Parmesan-Crusted Chicken was very tasty; I would certainly get it again. So why only 3 stars? (1) They gave us warm bottles of tea. I had to go back and ask for cups so we could get some ice to cool it down. (2) I was asked to tip before any service had been provided – sorry, that’s backwards. (3) The lack of a ladies-only restroom is very unfair to that half of the population (and probably way more than half of their customers).

We usually enjoy Noodles at this location but this is probably the 4th time in a row the food hasn’t been good. The chicken has been burnt, dry, fatty. And tonight it was cold on top of everything. I also ordered extra marinara sauce and they forgot to give ot to me.I don’t like to give 1 stars so I didn’t but could of easily given one based on our resent trips here. Hope it gets better.
