Ordered the Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo using the app. Relatively short wait once I got there considering how busy they were. Got home to eat my dinner tonight after being so busy I didn’t eat lunch and open the package to see this. No broccoli, spinach, herbs, or cheese topping as is described for this meal. Practically no bacon either, heck that’s in the freaking name! I’ve had similar experience with this location too many times and will not be returning. Do better, cuz I don’t know how you could have done worse.

Can’t rate the food due to not being able to eat it. Just got a doordash delivery to a job site i cant leave. Specified that in the order and gave all the info for the driver. $20 later just to find out they dont provide silverware. 0 response from doordash. Called store just to be told they dont provide it unless requested. How do people eat sloppy Mac and cheese without silverware. “Well most people get it for home” is what I was told. Most people get food for home at lunch time on a Tuesday? Aren’t most people working on a break ? Ridiculous policy and 0 customer service.

It was my first time eating here. I was skeptical that I would enjoy anything from here after looking at the menu. Staff was very helpful as we ordered. I have to say this Tortallini was better than Olive Garden ever served me. Greg and his team were very helpful, kind, and efficient. Very short wait time

Had the Goddess Chicken Cobb salad, with parmesan chicken and it was delicious! The cherry tomatoes and lettuce were fresh and tasty. The parmesan encrusted chicken was really tender. Would definitely come back.

There has been a few times I’ve ordered the Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo (with cavatappi) and have received half of the things in its name. No chicken or bacon this time around. I live far from the restaurant so I usually grab it on my commute home so it’s not easy to go back for a new order. I need something to change because I’m paying so much for a veggie pasta missing all its ingredients.
Okay I’m editing this because I took a bite! And it’s even worse! Spinach is not cooked broccoli is half cooked so only the noodles were done decently – wow!

Normally this place is on top of their game when making orders. I don’t know if it’s because it was a dinner rush, an off day, or simply a Monday…. But I ordered Japanese Pan Noodles with Tofu and the tofu is burnt. Crunchy even. The noodles are burnt. To add- there’s no mushrooms or broccoli when it explicitly is included within the meal. I personally do not know how this passes “good” quality. There is too much sauce. So I don’t know what happened tonight, but this is subpar.

The people here are always super nice… but the last couple of times we came, the food was super salty. And it’s feels like the costs are going up and portions are going down. Same as all restaurant food, though. Thank goodness for Pinterest and copy cat sites!

I waited 40 minutes (literally, not an exaggeration whatsoever) for one bowl of Mac and cheese and a rice crispy treat. Enough said. what the actual flip guys? It’s a Monday afternoon, there is no conceivable reason that you should be making your customers wait nearly an hour for one bowl of noodles, it’s not rocket science. On top of that, the employees were likely high, or just very dumb and unhelpful, either way they had glazed over eyes and were moving at a snail’s pace. I’ve never been let down so majorly by a noodles and Co location, but this experience might be enough to make me rethink my patronage…

I guess I should have known better than to order a salad from a “pasta” place, but wow, do not get a salad from this restaurant. I’ve ordered a side Caesar salad before here, and it’s been very good. However, ordered a full size Caesar salad today, and had to throw over half of it in the trash. Lettuce was so wilted that it was stringy and brown, and was very slimy. Was hardly given any chicken with the dish. Such a waste!
