I would have liked to really given this a good review, but our experience was not good. The staff were fine& friendly but that’s where it ended. My wife& I both ordered pulled pork mac n cheese. It was around 5:30 on a Friday. The wait was not too bad, maybe 10 mins. But when they brought our food we both took the first bite& both of ours were lukewarm/cold. Not too happy about spending almost 33 Dollars only to get mediocre food. We’re also not those people who return food, we just don’t go back. So unfortunately that is the case here.I realize the state of Restaurants now days, but spending that much on food& it being lukewarm/ cold is not for us. We tried it.

I’ve been to this Noodles & Company location several times, and it’s always a solid experience. The food is exactly what you expect—quick, tasty, and customizable, and they’ve never let me down. Everything comes out hot and fresh, even when I order takeout.
What really stands out is the staff. Super friendly and clearly cares about the customer experience. The team is fast, polite, and keeps the place clean and running smoothly.
It’s not fancy, but it doesn’t try to be. It’s just good food, good people, and a reliable spot when you want something satisfying without the wait. Bonus points for offering zoodles and gluten-free options too.

Had the Pad Thai and a side of mac, the food was out really quick and was good. I’m not sure why there is a tipping prompt when you pay, the service is just like any fast food place, you do everything yourself. I smashed the no tip

We gave this noodles location a try for dinner and won’t be back. Food was as expected for a fast-casual spot. We’ve had Noodles before but it’s gone a bit downhill. Why we won’t be coming back, while we were eating, a staff member sprayed down the table heavily with cleaner right next to us with cleaning solution mist. The heavy chemical smell drifting into our family’s food felt rushed, inconsiderate, and honestly pretty unhygienic.

Had a great experience at Noodles & Company! The service was excellent—Scott took really good care of us from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. It’s always nice to feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The food came out quickly and was delicious, as always. The gentleman that took our order was a lovely cheerful chap. Not sure if one of pur dishes had sauce on it or not but happily gave us some when we asked. Both of our dishes were delicious. The parmesan chicken was seasoned wonderfully. We will definitely come back to eat. However, the restroom was in dire straights for attention. The garbage was overflowing, the toilet paper had fallen on the floor and unraveled its self on its adventure across the room. The toilet paper holder was empty. The baby changing station was open and had smears of a brown mystery substance spread finely across it. The best part of our dining experience was saved for last being the enormous glob of what apeared to be wet toilet paper encompassing the door knob which left me several choices; risk touching the bacteria filled glob, risk touching the toilet paper that had rolled across the floor or third, the option I went for. Say a prayer and touch the beyond vile door and then make a mad dash for my purse at the table which had hand sanitizer in it.

The food was great for a family visit. Our Nana was in town, ordered the pan noodles that ended up being too spicy for her. Shawn who was working kindly made pad Thai for her instead, no charge. We appreciate it and the good at noodles!

Extremely disappointing, there is hardly any cheese in their “world famous” Mac and cheese. Would not recommend to anyone. At these prices you can get a much better meal elsewhere!
