I’ve never had a worse experience at Noodles than I did tonight. I’ve gone here a few times before and it’s always been slow but tonight was different. I waited for OVER 1 HOUR for some Mac and cheese. Then when I finally got my food, it was literally cold so I had to ask for another one. Like really? There were about 20 people inside standing up waiting for their order. The staff had absolutely no idea what they were doing they were so behind. This wasn’t even their fault. Whoever manages this location seriously needs to be fired. Owner: fire the leaders who run this location and hire more people. It’s a complete disaster. Definitely leadership’s fault. I want my money back.

If you like pasta, then this is the place to go. The Chicken Parmigiana has a good number of chicken pieces mixed in with the pasta. The parmesan broccoli is a great side dish. The food is fresh and the waiting time is minimal.

The people who work here do a terrible job. I ordered my pasta and they gave it to me with raw vegetables; they don’t cook the vegetables properly, so be careful. Besides that, the service is awful; it’s like they don’t even want to work.

We used to come here all the time with our kids for the mac and cheese. My son wanted to go recently, he got the mac and cheese and I got my beef stroganoff. They were both good, just like we remembered. Still worth a visit for something different!

My pesto cavatappi with marinated steak was really yummy! I visited the entire bowl in record time, lol. My little one’s buttered Parmesan noodles with chicken were kinda dry, and she ended up eating from my dish instead. I had to doctor them up at home in order to get her to eat them. That said, the service was great! The only reason I gave four stars for atmosphere was because it was on a very busy street corner and there was a sign about not having cash in the safe. So although the area looked decent to me, the sign made me think it might be a high crime neighborhood, so I was eager to finish eating and get the heck outta there.

We came into dine because we had gift cards to use up. First, when we ordered we got charged for a full Caesar chicken salad when we ordered only a side. Then, we went to use our gift cards but the machine wasn’t registering them properly. The cashier said, “we always have troubles running gift cards for some reason.” The manager was called over and told us there was no money on them. I had just received them and knew their was money on them but with a line behind us due to the dinner rush we didn’t wan’t to take up anymore time. So we paid with a card, after being handed the receipt and walking to the beverage station my sister realized we were overcharged and had to wait in line again to get the order sorted out.
While we waited for our food I jumped online and checked the balance of the cards to see that they both indeed had a current balance. I was simply over waiting in line, and the manager wasn’t very friendly and I didn’t feel as though I could ask her again without being met with attitude.
I hope Noodles can fix their gift card system because it sucks when you can’t use it and that is the reason you came in to dine.

Watched an employee with no gloves coughing into her hand and sneezing while preparing food. Then, she tried to take my order in a clearly congested voice. I asked if she was sick and she said no, but then immediately coughed directly in her open, ungloved hand again. I left before receiving my food and filled out a survey asking for a refund, but never heard back. In fact, I received several requests for surveys and always checked “please contact me” but have never received a response.
After several weeks, I went back to the same restaurant and, over a line of people before me, that same worker addressed me by name in an angry tone. I am by no means a regular to the restaurant so I have to assume she was told about my complaint and looked me up by my rewards info. Feeling intimidated, I walked out again, and emailed the company. Once again, no response. That woman is clearly going to spit in my food if I ever order there again, so I will stay away.
Gross restaurant. Poor hygiene. Odd atmosphere of intimidation. And horrible customer service from corporate.
Oh, and there was uncleaned vomit on the sink and a clogged toilet.

Idk what happened, but tonight the portions were half-sized and burned, and they forgot to include the steak I ordered for the pan noodles. The server didn’t say one word to me as I picked up the order, and when I tried to call back to get this fixed, no one would pick up the phone and they don’t close for another 40 minutes. What you see in the picture cost $25.

9/26/2025 8:15pm paid $63.90 for food added a $3 tip so a total of 72.24 with tax and they didn’t even bother to put all of the ingredients in the bowls that was requested in the order. A lot of things missing not worth the money complete waste of time and money. It says on the ticket the initials Jr packed the bag Jr is can’t read the ticket he did not make anything right so that’s $17 for mac and cheese not made right that’s $20 for a salad that’s not made right looks like Jr needs to go learn how to read
