Longest wait ever but it was the atmosphere. The restaurant got a big order online, then decided not to take any orders in-store. That is just insane, as people came in and you turn away business. Those people could have chosen elsewhere but the didn’t. Now you send them away. That is not good business practice or customer service.
I waited long and the beef stroganoff was disgusting. I couldn’t eat it, too much parsley and just so much mayo sauce. I will never order that again. I will not return to this location.

Lauren the store manager is AWESOME! Walked into this location on a busy Friday night. She was short staffed and overwhelmed with online orders. When I say she handled the situation with excellence. I MEAN IT. Her and her staff were so hardworking, diligent and courteous to the tens of people in the lobby waiting to place and order and pick up online orders. She handled the crazy situation with ease and professionalism. Kuddos to your store manager Lauren for her great show of leadership and management. Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m usually extremely patient when I go into restaurants because I have worked in the service industry myself. I also dont try to leave negative reviews, I simply just do not return to the restaurant. But the service me and my partner received tonight was extremely frustrating.
We walked in and there was a long line and multiple people waiting for to-go orders. It seemed as if they were working through the line pretty quickly to get in-person orders, until they got to the girl in front of us. She waited so long for them to take her order she decided to leave without ordering anything. Then we waited our turn. The staff continued to fill and help to-go orders for 10 minutes while we waited there, waiting for our order to be taken. I understand that to-go orders can get busy but I cannot understand why you would tell your customer that “I will be with you in just a minute” 2 times and then continue to fill online orders and DoorDash orders. We finally gave up after 15 minutes of waiting and didn’t even get to order.
Like I said, I try to be patient with service jobs because I understand the struggles. But please pay attention to your customers. Whoever is management at this location really needs to train their staff to treat their customers with respect. Probably won’t be coming back to this location.

Came in to try and get dinner tonight with my family of 8. We are used to long wait times but this was ridiculous. After waiting almost 20 minutes to even be acknowledged, we were told by Lauren (rudely) that she was not taking anymore in-person orders. I asked her why she didnt tell us when we first arrived and she just ignored me. I will not be returning. Based on the amount of negative feedback she has received for this location, I can’t believe Noodles and Company is still employing her!

This is consistently the least clean Noodles we’ve eaten at, and we’ve been to A LOT of locations. They don’t have very many booths, the one pictured is the one we chose since it was the most clean, but ick! The whole place is a mess. Even worse, the bathroom is a shared bathroom with other places and it’s pretty gross. I’m really sad that the other Highlands Ranch location closed because it was always kept spotless, had more seating, much nicer outdoor seating and nice bathrooms. Giving two stars since the food tasted okay…

The food was good. But the dude at the register with the green shirt stood there and waited ten minutes to make onlines until he took my order. Once he took my order he didn’t even apologize for the wait and actually was quite rude. Definitely wouldn’t come back.

If I could give 0 I would, me and my girlfriend went in to go order food and the couple in front of us walked out after 5 minutes because nobody helped the. We stood there and waited for 10 minutes and nobody even glanced at us. Left after that and I’m pretty sure the 2 customers after us did as wlel

I arrived at 5:45. After the customer ahead of me was served, I waited 40 minutes without my order being taken while staff only worked on pickup orders. When we asked, an employee said she couldn’t get to the register for an hour and suggested we go to another store. Basically, in person orders do not matter!

I used to love noodles and company but now their food is aweful. I’m not sure if they are using new sauce or if its the poor quality of the sun dried tomatoes but it’s nothing like it was a year ago. I was super disappointed when I tried their cajun shrimp fettuccine ewwww. It was nothing like the Alfredo Monte Mor they used to have and then I tried again today and bought the Rosa pasta with shrimp and it was just as gross. Idk what they are doing differently but its not worth the $23 I paid for the food and delivery. Ever since they started to try and “spice up” their menu it’s not as satisfying. Bring back the old noodles and company menu.

We walked in at 6:30 for dinner and were looking over the menu before heading to the register to order. As soon as we approached, the young man at the counter raised his voice and yelled at us (yes, yelled and was incredibly disrespectful) that we were “in the wrong line” even though there was no line. He then snapped again, telling us they were not taking any walk-up orders. The woman working with him did nothing to try and smooth things over in the situation and was not interested in taking our order.
Because of this uncalled-for behavior, your Highland Hills location lost hundreds of dollars from our large party and multiple families with us. The customer service from Brayson was absolutely unacceptable. Someone who speaks to customers that way should not be working with the public.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. We are heading to the Arapahoe location, who unlike Highland Hills, they were eager to take our party and want our money.
