This was my first time at this place. The service was amazing! All the staff were friendly. The place was clean and the food was served quickly and it was nice and hot. The dishes we ordered was chicken noodle soup, the kids spaghetti and meatballs and BBQ Mac. I will be going here again.

They were cooking with no gloves. The food was disgusting and we waited for 15 minutes For one singular small mac & cheese. They were cleaning their pots and pans and cooking utensils with the same rag over and over again. Overall experience was terrible. Do not go here! They need to be inspected by the department of health code. It was so dirty in the kitchen.

i went in between the times of 6-7 and it was decently busy. i placed my order and sat down and waited. and i could all staff working so hard and busting their ass! i waited a little while longer than usual but it didn’t bother me i could see they were busy and trying hard. however when i got my order the very girl (i didn’t catch her name) she has blonde hair apron and had her hair in pony tail came out and apologized and gave me a free rice krispy and a drink! I honestly didn’t expect anything, but it was so nice! Everyone working tonight was so nice and wonderful. i have always came to this location and i will DEFINITELY keep coming in!

I was doing work for a friend and they went and got take out from Noodles and Company. I ordered the Roasted Garlic Cream Tortelloni and was impressed with the dish. The Tortelloni were big and filled with delicious cheese. The sauce was flavorful and the portion size was more than I could finish for lunch so I got to take some home.
I will be interested to try some of their other pastas. I hope to continue to have other positive experiences. Maybe take out is the way to go.

So I always order the same thing (Pena Rosa) and lately they are so stingy with the sauce I have accepted that I need to asked for extra on the side (if you ask for it on it you get charged but get no extra) and pay for. Today I paid for extra sauce and got a spoonful of extra sauce. When I went back to counter to ask if this is correct they said “yep you get a spoonful”. Nobody wants to eat dry noodles let alone pay extra to still have dry noodles. They could have fit this in a side of ranch container.

we arrived at 9:00 pm and the staff was very rude as if we held up their night. they were loudly talking behind the counter about how if customers were nice (and tipped) they wouldn’t burn the food. they were loudly talking behind the counter about how the customers didn’t tip them and they were going to take longer on their food. One of the most unprofessional staffs, as they were moaning and complaining the entire time we were there. We were out of the restaurant by 930 and the staff was cleaning under our feet and loudly talking about how annoyed they were and they wanted to go home. they also messed up one of our dishes with uncooked pasta in the bottom. they tried to “make it right” by giving us a stale rise crispy treat

Really frustrating when your to-go orders aren’t complete and you discover it at home. No BBQ sauce or jalapeños on our BBQ Pork Mac n Cheeses is a frequent occurrence. Also at this point it seems like the Mac n cheese is just watery noodles with cheese on top. And this is $1 extra cheese sauce…
