Very friendly staff. Food was yummy and the service was quick. Our 4 year daughter mentioned “This is the best soup ever “ while having chicken noodle soup and when the one of the staff heard it, she offered her another soup to take home with. Would definitely come again. I had spicy Korean beef noodles and it was delicious.

Friend accidentally walked past the counter due to restaurant layout. Staff immediately became rude and hostile even tho we had been nothing but respectful and apologetic. Definitely don’t need that kind of service after a long day with my crew doing heavy construction on empty stomachs. Ordered the food $30 for two half filled bowls of noodles. Absolutely will not be back in.

Whilst I understand Friday nights are busy, waiting 50 minutes from order to receiving the meal is ridiculous especially when people who ordered food after us got their food before us.
We ordered 3 Mac & Cheese and one buttered noodle’s – not the most complicated order and if I didn’t stop to check the food they would have forgotten a meal. Don’t bother with this location – staff were not friendly and gave a no trucks given attitude. Will not return to this location.

Noodles were bland, I also found a carrot in the bottom on my Mac and cheese. When I was waiting to order the employee wouldn’t turn their backs.

$14 for a noodle bowl. That does not include a side, or a drink, and on top of that they still have the nerve to ask you for a tip when you’re checking out. Please explain that to me. That is insanely overpriced for what you get, and what am I tipping for exactly? I would never recommend this place to anyone. Pure greed no matter how you spin it.

We’ve been coming to noodles for many years here in Castle Rock! And the last couple times that we have been here we have been very dissatisfied.
I’ve spoken to staff and management about our experiences and they have assured us that they are making things better so we decided to give them a little bit of time before we returned tonight to have this meal presented to us. It looks like some of my noodles might have some hair from somebody’s eyebrow or eyelash.
I ordered tofu and not only was it burnt as you can see in the photos but it was also very rubbery in texture which took a long time to chew. I decided against eating anymore of the tofu and decided to finish my noodles that is when I found the eyebrow hair, the tomatoes are also not very appetizing as you can see in the photo.
The macaroni was burnt in many places as you can see. it didn’t have the spicy buffalo flavor that as advertised.
Live six minutes from noodles, I was there six minutes before the pick up time and it was ready which I was happy about.
At this point I’m honestly not sure that I will return to this location, I am going to try another noodles and Company, I really hope that this is not where the company is headed! Feel free to reach out to me if you have any further questions.

Arriving mid-afternoon, the restaurant was empty with the exception of one lone employee. The tables were all cleared, clean with the sun shining through the windows.
We ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles and Spicy Korean Beef Noodles while asking which is better – the Korean BBQ meatballs or the Potstickers. He recommended the Potstickers.
After he brought our order, he stopped by a few minutes later asking how the Potstickers were. I told him they were a fine recommendation. They meat was seasoned well. The two noodle dishes were fantastic – hitting the spot especially since I had not eaten for 24 hours.

It’s pretty good, most of the time! I got simple buttered noodles and there was a piece of chicken in it, which was a bonus for me, but might have been disheartening for a vegetarian. The staff seems kind and helpful, even if it isn’t always acknowledged by customers. Thank you for a good meal!

I order a lot of catering for work. Had the best experience at this location. Food was ready my requested time. They provided serving utensils, plenty of bowls, napkins, forks, etc. Even provided a large bag to carry everything.
