The meatballs tasted like plastic and cardboard. The bowl was only 1/3 full of pasta. There was more of the inedible meatballs than the edible pasta. Disappointed but I guess that’s what this company is. $16+ for 1 crappy dish. It’s not settling in my stomach at all The cost verses product is robbery. Gave them 2 chances. Fin.

I ordered just now, and I asked specifcally for a full amount for the upcharged sides. I asked for zucchini and chicken which was 5.25 more than just the base price for the noodles. I was given the tiniest amount of sides for the price and was lectured by the lady at the counter about how they measure them out. I can cup the chicken and zucchini in a single hand and hold 5.25 worth of upcharged food.
I have had little issues at other locations with asking them to do a portion size worth the price because a hand full of chicken or zucchinit that can be eaten in a mouth full is not worth charging someone an additional almost 6 dollars for their food… 4 dollars for chicken and a 1.25 for zucchini should actually look like its in your bowl of noodles and not hide… if I am spending 18.50 on a bowl of noodles and a soda I’d appreciate having what I actually ask for, plus the ice is not working. I think I’m done coming here especially with how argumentative the lady at the front was about all of this.

Save yourself. I got food from here out of curiosity and have skipped out under the assumption it’s basic noodle food but decided to give it a try. If ordering on DoorDash it is over priced (menu items) compared to going in person. Food is definitely not fresh(or attempting, I know it’s a chain) . Tortelloni Caesar Duo was SALTY. The tofu I got in Japanese Pan Noodles felt old. So disappointing. The only upside is the food came warm.

I would eat here twice a week if they didn’t make you pay in advance, I’m not putting my credit card info in over the phone. I can’t tell you how many times I wanted to come pick up food here but went elsewhere because payment is so much easier everywhere else.

The staff that helped me out today were so wonderful. I didn’t mind waiting for my order, but the cashier thanked me for my patience and gave me a free drink while I waited. The food is delicious as well!

This was so, so terrible. I’m a loyal customer and it usually takes a lot for me to “complain” but man this chicken was more burnt than burnt is. Please address it with your cooks, employees that this is really unacceptable I could have somewhere else and given them my business.

Service was good. Waited on in just a few minutes. Portion was less than other locations I’ve visited. Potstickers were under done for my liking and I would really prefer the dipping sauce was at least slightly warm instead of straight from the fridge. Taste was good overall.

Today I had my food delivered from this location and they added a huge lettuce stump to my side salad. That was sad. It occupied half the container! Anyway. The rest of my food was to my liking and the food was delivered at the estimated delivery time.
