Same experience as many others, rude cashiers. I misread the kids meal drinks from organic juice to orange juice and she giggled when I asked for orange juice and said ‘we don’t have that.’ Very clearly but super super quiet. That was the only thing she said to us. No greeting when we had greeted with ‘hi how are you’, no ‘okay’ no questions about the sides for the kids meal or other items, didn’t tell us our total just pointed. She also had an earbud in. Super weird for me to have people that don’t talk in customer service or especially a cashier position.

It is absolutely filthy in this place from the windows to the chairs the floor the benches the carpet the tables the baseboards and I mean the part where you sit back and put your head is so many fingerprints it’s disgusting. I’m back again for the steak stroganoff and basically it’s just a bowl of noodles with like seven pieces of steak in it and one piece was some fat and for some odd reason the sauce taste sour it’s not as good and wholesome like it was 6 months ago very basic and for the price ridiculous I see why they gave that person’s dog some free meatballs because that’s all it’s worthy of but the workers were polite and courteous but they need to get a bucket and a mop and get to cleaning only thing good was the music playlist they were listening to

The noodles were amazing, great flavour perfect hot and quick to service. Although a few tables weren’t the cleanest they were quickly taken care of by the service team. The interior isn’t too bad but could do with some better chairs and tables.

I placed an order on the phone and I made sure to tell them if they can add enough sauce cause lately when I order from them I keep getting dry noodles so I don’t know why I keep ordering from here, but I feel like trying to be a loyal customer But I keep getting dry noodles so every time I make my order on the phone I make sure to tell them to add enough Alfredo sauce because I keep getting dry noodles and the lady told me on the phone that they measure their Alfredo sauce so if I wanted extra Alfredo sauce, they’re gonna charge me and I told her I didn’t want extra sauce I just want enough sauce so I don’t get no dry noodles This been happening for like four years that I be ordering from this place it’s ridiculous that they don’t care about their customers I give them my hard-working money for them just to give me some dry noodles

The food was okay. The issue was the wait time. We ordered and ended up waiting 20 minutes or so for the food to come. It seemed like one person was cooking and 3 or 4 other employees were waiting for them and organizing multiple orders. The food was stacked up and almost everyone in the restaurant was waiting. I also miss the real plates and silverware they used to have.

I went there the other day there was a worker named Shara I believe, and she was so rude her customer service skills definitely need work. The food was decent it came out in an orderly fashion but the service from your employee was terrible this girl with purple hair (didn’t get her name) was much kinder and Shara definitely should take notes from her fellow coworkers

Judging off the reviews dislocation, just can’t get it right I ordered the Chillie roaming with chicken breast. I order no cabbage no green onion and substituted with mushrooms. I get home and at the bottom of my bowl there’s cabbage this location is on the verge of losing big business! they don’t respect their customers and they don’t take pride in their servic.

I ordered the spicey korean steak noodles, potstickers, and cheese bread. None of it was giving in my opinion. Barely any meat in the noodles, bread without the cheese, potstickers just wasnt it. I dont recommend.
