The staff this evening argued with me about an order I was picking up for Uber Eats. Despite my receipt showing the customer ordered a drink, the receipt at the store having “sprite” on it, AND me confirming with the customer, they didn’t provide me the drink. I ended up getting penalized on the Uber Eats side of things.

I always come to this noodles & company over any other one in the area because the service is unmatched and the quality of the food is consistent. The food is always delicious and the customer service is great. We always see Duke here and he is just so nice, welcoming, and gets our order perfect all the time. I decided to leave a review because as someone who loves Noodles & Company this one is by far my favorite it’s better than any other one I’ve been to. The service, food, atmosphere is amazing.

It is so dark in here. You’d think with this many windows you’d have sunlight, but nope, it’s like Batman’s favorite noodle joint.
But outside that, the service was cold and unwelcoming as if hire by Bruce Wayne himself. The speed which was served was quick though, so the food was warm and delicious. However, I feel like there is a reason I was the only one there eating.

Live across the street and ordered the new garlic Ramen yesterday. shortly after i ate it about 2hr later feel like I was dying vomitting all night for urgent care this morning to tell me i got food poisoning only thing i ate yesterday was Noodles n Company.. wont try that place again

The food as always was fantastic. The restaurant however…yikes. We had to decide which table was the least dirty, and we picked the one with the least trash and still had to wipe it down. Multiple groups came in after us and had to clean their own tables as well.

The food is so good in my opinion, it’s a great option for pick eaters. Although it is more of a “takeout” place the restaurant inside is still always clean and the servers are kind and welcoming.

Noodles and company is suuuuper hard to find and I had a gift card that I had held onto for a little over year because we just couldn’t find one except in arvada which at the time the card was given we lived a good 2 hour bus ride away. This was also a why would you give this to us kinda card. We have not ate heavy gluten laden dishes in years but I am kinda the person who takes a gift and just works with it.
So last night when I realized I was in the neighborhood close to one I decided to just use the whole card and get rid of it.
So noodles and company has a “gluten free” option called zoodles or at least I think it was and it just did not look appetizing at all so I went ahead ordered Wisconsin Mac n cheese and buttered noodles with broccoli and an order of pot stickers
Having not had “regular” noodles and sauces for years I kinda knew the outcome that we personally were gonna walk away not really enchanted with noodles and company. We didn’t get even a quarter of the way through the Mac n cheese before we gave up. The potstickers we were able to tear apart and get the filling out.
And my kids didn’t even touch the buttered noodles. It’s not noodles and company fault we just needed to get rid of the card and we probably won’t be back.
That being said for a person Who doesn’t give a dang about what they eat and can tolerate a rich mac n cheese this is good.

We went to this location last night for dinner. I had the lemon shrimp scampi with noodles and the kids had other stuff. My noodles were rubbery and hard because they were undercooked. My sons noodles were the same. We ate what we could and threw away the rest and left. It was kinda gross. I woke up with an upset stomach. I used to love Noodles and Company. First and last time I’ll ever go to this location
