Both dishes were very dry. Shouldn’t creamy mac and cheese be creamy. I even ordered extra sauce and barely any was in the dish. My husband Steak Stronanoff was lacking sauce as well. Gal at cash register was nice. But other wise absolutely disappointed
Update: Was contacted by corporate 2/11/2026 and was supposedly going to receive bowl coupons for the really bad experience. As of 3/2/2026 nothing. I guess they don’t care about my family’s business. I will plan to let people know how they conduct business accordingly.

Went in to pick up my to go order & had to use restroom first and was immediately told I couldn’t use it because I was a homeless person (getting out of a brand new $40k car with all new clothes and freshly showered) – never had this problem outside this state – thank god I’m back east.

“I literally dont care” is what she said!
The food is horrible! The Parmesan crusted chicken on parmesan chicken pasta is now a nasty spaghetti something mix that I remember being something good tasting which is unfortunate. I also told them the pot stickers werent cooked and everything has REALLY gone downhill, her reply again was “I literally dont care” and she hung up. Dont throw your money in the trash here. Go to Mc Donalds or somewhere with more quality food

I had a deal for online ordering only and was having trouble getting it to apply correctly. I ended up going in and was given the same deal despite it being “online only” after showing the employee how it wouldn’t apply the right discount in my app. I’ve eaten here many times and figured it was time to give a good review. I’ve seriously never had an order messed up, and that is rare these days!

Just ordered grubhub today. It was good quality food, deliver was done well. Only complaints is that I didn’t receive utensils (2ce on the order listed and on the recipt…still didn’t get anything), the bad sticker to keep it closed didn’t stay closed and my extra sauce I paid for was quite non exsistant. Do better next time please.

I’m giving this place 2 stars because the food quality is good and consistent. The hostess that took my order was not friendly and Also not very knowledgeable about the menu.
As I was waiting for my food, an employee game up my table and started spraying cleaning chemicals on my table right next to my drink. Uhh, there’s no way those cleaning chemicals DIDN’T get into my drink. I was shocked that the employee cleaning the table did this and then moved on and didn’t even realize what she had done. Due to terrible service and this drink incident, I won’t ever be coming back here.
