Food is always good. But the new manager (she may be new) acts too rough for even the simplest questions. From previous experiences, she cuts you off before you finish your sentences and treats you like you’re being rude or you’re an idiot. No positive intent is being utilized. Just unnecessary attitude that makes you wish you ordered at a different store. I guess you could say sort of hostile or defensive? This used to be my favorite store to go to and always loved the staff but this new lady is ruining it.

I come here quite often with my kids and we’re big fans of this location. A staff member, Alisa, recognizes us and is always so kind. My girls had a dance performance one day when we came in for lunch. Alisa wrote them each little notes on their meals wishing them good luck. It was so kind.

I was going to this restaurant back when it first opened like 15 years ago and it was an instant addiction. Unfortunately, even before the pandemic the chain had been going downhill. They started cutting too many corners and skimping on ingredients. I keep trying a couple times a year and leave disappointed. Now it seems they don’t even sear the potstickers and the penne rosa was kinda bland. I don’t know why I even bother at this point. Lots of money to pay to be disappointed.

I LOVE the food at Noodles! The app worked great. The delivery arrived on time. I love the fact that I can order small versions of each dish including appetizers. This lets me try more flavors for a cheaper price.

We were served raw pasta (see photos). Is was stuck together and tasted like pasta dough as if it had been dropped in the boiling water and taken out shortly after, well before it was fully cooked. This is (likely) a health code violation, and I suggest steering clear of this location. It’s evident the workers and owner(s) don’t take any pride in their work.

I ordered 3 chicken noodle soups to go and I literally got broth with maybe 4-5 pieces of noodles and hardly any chicken. When I asked to talk to the manager, she was very rude and slid 3 tiny containers of noodle my way (not even 1/4 the way full). She didn’t say anything after that and just turned around. I contemplated asking for refund, but was running short on time. Horrible management. Won’t be going back, which stinks bc I loved their chicken noodle.

We frequent this place fairly regularly or have. I am not sure if management changed but the last several times our food has been burnt or over cooked. This is one of the bowls (I didn’t feel like digging the chicken out of the trash on the other).
