We have been here twice and both times the customer service was top notch. The food is made fresh, you can substitute an alternate meat choice, & the indoor seating area is very clean.

Food was good. It was a good experience. Lots of different options. The Korean spicy dish was a little too sweet and not spicy enough. The potstickers were good. I wish they were seared to give them a little more flavor. Good pricing. Good portions. Would like to try again and try different dishes. Overall great restaurant for large group of people because of the variety they offer.

While the food we did get was good the service and wait was awful. Told it would be 20 minutes and at 40 minutes still did not have our food. Asked for a refund and the staff seemed happy to have people leave. Tables were dirty. Maybe a fourth of the restaurant at most was full.

Bad experience with cashier Elia ( the name is written on the bag that says packaged by so not 100% that was who took the order). She had glasses, brown hair, and a bigger build. Very rude not friendly at all not sure if I caught her at the wrong time but very awkward. I have heard of noodles & company before and was super excited to go try it out! When I arrived I walked up to the register and spoke with a woman who I’m not sure her name, it could be Elia cause that’s what was written on my bag but I didn’t catch her name ( she had glasses, brown hair and was of a bigger build) . After I ordered my meal she asks me if that was all , since it’s my first time ordering here I ask if they sell lemonade. She proceeds to look at me and say “ I don’t know” I was debating leaving it alone because what do you say to that but that’s what I wanted to drink so I ask her “ you don’t know if you have lemonade? “ she looks at me and goes “ yes “ at this point I’m confused being an employee somewhere I’d assume you’d know if they sell lemonade. She proceeds to tell me after I mention the confusion that she doesn’t know if there’s still lemonade available that there could be or couldn’t. This is when I start thinking maybe they have a separate self serve section for lemonade and I ask her if that’s the case. She then explains yes and I order a medium drink. I originally wanted to eat there but I took it to go because of the attitude she gave me. I got the vibe she wanted me to leave so she could talk about me to her co workers and it was super awkward. I’m not sure if she thought I was trying to be difficult by asking but I have never been here and didn’t realize they had a soda machine you serve yourself. She could have mentioned that sooner but instead gave me attitude. Probably a good location but unfortunately I had a bad encounter.

if i could give no stars i would. burnt crispy overcooked noodles and the absolute worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. snarky teenager on the counter and the manager just watched as she was rude to a customer. i waited over 18 minutes for something they definitely forgot about in the oven, during my wait i watched several customers come and go – and come back because their orders were messed up! this was my first and last experience with noodles and company, they definitely left an impression. i’ve worked in food, i know how it is, and this was as bottom of the barrel as it comes.

I’ve been here many times before, but this last experience was honestly terrible. When I tried to pay, the staff member with dark hair and glasses was extremely rude and impatient with me and my friends. English is not my first language, and instead of being understanding, she acted annoyed and dismissive the whole time. She was rolling her eyes and making faces for no reason while I was ordering.
It was uncomfortable and disrespectful. No customer deserves to be treated like that. You just lost a customer.

The staff treated me as if I don’t speak English at all. She didn’t write down the name on the take away order even if everyone’s name was written one’s name!!! She even handed the bag without saying thank you or anything! Absolutely disrespectful attitude!

Pictured is a large spaghetti & meatballs. It was devoured. A large zucchini noodles w/ chicken, pesto & cooked tomatoes. Devoured. Small Pad Thai w/ added chicken. Devoured. It all tasted good. When worker showed us the size of bowls, they both had dried food on them.. Our table was dusty.. weird. The lights went out when we were there so I couldn’t tell exactly but the bathroom seemed clean. We thought the amount of food in the large bowls were the same as the small. So, a little pricey for amount you get but it tasted good.

My ordering experience was great until I received my dry noodles without any sauce and without my extra parm. Chicken, the manager Mattie is rude and does not know how to talk to customers on the phone, sounds like she is easily aggravated over doing her job wrong. She got loud with me saying she confirmed the order herself, well as a manager if you confirmed the order then why is it wrong and why is there NO SAUCE. Had to contact DoorDash and have a three way call with Noodles & Company. Still was unable to receive new food but they have started the process of a refund. Happy for the refund, upset about the quality of service that I received and the dry noodles. Check the picture for extra chicken or extra sauce? Tell me if you see it?
