Staff there was very nice they were understaffed but the staff that were there were very kind and very quick it tasted really good I really loved my barbecue chicken Mac and cheese and my sister loved her shrimp Mac and cheese will be excited to go back and try the noddle bowles

Chain is pretty consistently good, and this one is no different. Had japanese udon with green onions. Added the potsticker sauce to the tofu on the side, then added to bowl. Should definitely be made that way, but it’s easy enough to do it yourself.

Spent over $40 to have to ask for new forks because all had food one them. Got the food and it was cold, sent it back was still cold. Only thing edible was the garlic bread but 1 peice was so hard could not eat it. 90% of our food went in the trash. BUT I will say the staff was very nice and there was 3 that could be seen working hard and being kind to everyone.

Our family is new to the area and wanted to try this place. Just spent $74 on one of the worst dinners. We are very disappointed on the flavor of the Spicy Koren Beef Noodles and Korean meat balls. It’s bad when our 15 year old daughter who is not a picky eater didn’t even finish her bowl. Our son ordered the Buffalo Mac and cheese and that was decent. Unfortunately, we will not be back. We would not recommend to anyone. Save your money and go to the grocery store and buy a t .v. dinner. After we ordered and sat down waiting for our food there were fruit flies flying around and that was also gross which was just stated in another review I just read about this location. Restaurant could also be cleaner. To think we tipped them as well when we ordered and paid for the food.

Quality of food was great as always, but this time we waited 30 minutes for our food, and when I asked where our food was, the short gentleman that appeared to be the shift lead or manager rudely responded it was “up next”. This was after we watched a couple that came in after us get their food within 10 minutes of sitting down.

Absolutely love Noodles and Co. There are not enough locations in my opinion. This particular location is 25 miles from my house and it’s totally worth the drive. Food is top notch and service could not be better.

Good food. Very poor service!!! We arrived for curbside pickup and checked in. According to the app our order was ready. We noticed a bag on the counter when we arrived. After 15 minutes I entered the store and our bag had been sitting there the whole time. After speaking with the manager a lady waiting to talk to the manager had brought back her food because it was all wrong.
