I was so hungry, I wanted to order two of their customer favorites.
The lady that helped me order, was so helpful and knowledgeable about every dish on the menu. She helped me narrow down to few best options.
I ordered the New, “Bulgogi Steak Mac & Cheese” and “Pad Thai.”
Let’s start with Steak Mac & Cheese. It’s so unconventional yet so watery and delicious. The perfect combination between the seared large steak pieces, very creamy and cheesy noodles, make this for a great meal.
Pad Thai was also surprisingly delicious. I’ve visited the home country who pride themselves in amazing customer service and perfecting the Pad Thai dish. It’s very difficult, in my opinion to duplicate those great ingredients and texture that Pad Thai is so famously known for.
After visiting Thailand several times, for two weeks at a time, I ate mostly Pad Thai, from different vendors. I’d say, my taste buds have a some experience in delicious Pad Thai. Having said that this place nailed it.
After I placed my To-Go order, I asked them if I could take pictures of the two dishes before I get them To-Go. They did a great job bringing it in a tray. Each dish presentation was top notch. I felt like I was at luxury restaurant.
If you’re looking for something different and authentic, you can’t go wrong with this spot. Their customer service is great.

Had the Pad Thai with shrimp because other reviews said it was the best dish. Unfortunately it contained less than a 1/4 cup of shredded cabbage. Had to sea h hard to even find it. Why bother advertising the dish includes cabbage if you don’t put at least a cup and a half to balance with the noodles. Cheapest vegetable out there.

Having just drove from Kansas City Missouri, we were hungry and saw this Noodles & Company, we like eating here when we see them so we stopped for lunch. They brought back the steak stroganoff!! Was so happy because the last year or longer we have stopped at various locations they no longer carried it. So of course we had to have it! We got the small bowls because the bigger ones would have made us too full and drowsy. Everything was hot and fresh, not too salty and the steak was tender

Generally good experiences anytime I visit one of their stores. Keep an eye out for the rice krispy treats – those are the hidden gem!
Good noodles, good soups, great rice krispy treats! A solid choice if you’re tying to do a little better for your belly than the golden arches super club.

1/30/26 11:15am – First time customer. There was only one other patron eating in. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes while the employees failed to acknowledge our existence. No employees would even look at us. We decided to take our business elsewhere. Will never try again.

Honestly, one of the worst foods Ive ordered in a longggg time! We ordered chicken parm x2, another chicken pasta dish(name eludes me), a salad, and, cheesy bread. We literally each took a bite, and, in the trash it went. $90 WASTED!

Edit: since I can’t do an additional review, I’ll just add to this one. I tried giving them another chance since it had been months since the last visit. Safe to say, I won’t try again. 2/11/26 my Pad Thai is missing the $4 protein that I added, salad missing the dressing, and the Japanese Pan noodles are completely burned and dried out. Not exaggerating. The noodles look like they were scraped from the bottom of the pot and you can smell the “burnt” when you take the top off. This is exactly why I never tip ahead of time online. I came home and showered before eating otherwise I would have driven back. This is nuts!
I rarely do negative reviews. But no one wanted to answer the phone. I eat here quite often but I don’t order my toddlers food from here as much as I do mine. Ordered him the gluten free spaghetti and broccoli and the broccoli was RAW! Not steamed. The pasta barely had any sauce. I called the number and got the call center. The lady on the phone said it should be steamed and tried to transfer me to management at this location but they didn’t answer for her. They wouldn’t answer for me either when I called back. This was about the 3rd time I’ve gotten my baby food from here and will probably be the last he wouldn’t eat any of it for the reasons above. I added my own sauce at home to make it taste a little better for him. Idk What’s been going on. The last month or 2, service has been slow and not as great.

Absolutely terrible, I pre-ordered my food and it still came out 15 minutes late after I had been told that it was ready on the website. On top of this the food came out cold with solid chunks of cheese on top and undercooked broccoli and spinach. When they handed me my drink cup I went to fill it at the self-serve station where I had then found out that the only available drinks were sugar-free. Another customer then went up to complain about this where a worker proceeded to argue with the customer on whether or not there was more option than sugar-free which then led to the customer having to walk the employee over to the drink station to make the point. Overall I would not recommend due to the late and cold food and their awful customer service.
