Although no one’s going to confuse this with a full-service Italian or Asian restaurant, that’s not the point; the point is to provide a casual, affordable alternative to lessee fast food chains and they certainly do that. The cavatappi pesto with grilled chicken was tasty and filling, so the $16-plus I paid for it and a fountain drink was well worth it.

I just want to say that everytime I’ve come here, the staff is very nice. Today, I was having trouble with my rewards being applied, and the gentleman (maybe 20-30s y.o, facial hair) who I missed getting his name, was very nice and got me all sorted out with my reward. The other gentleman who also took my order at first but was having trouble asked for help without hesitation and they both got me situated. I appreciate them! It’s ridiculous that you only have 1 person in the front serving a dinning room full of guests and a kitchen with 5 people back there and No one was helping the girl in the front with all the orders. She was very nice and sweet but she needed help . Management needs to do better .

I do not recommend going to the noodles and company in norridge off of Harlem. They put way too much noodles in the bowl so I could not mix up my Mac and cheese. I was one of the only people in the restaurant, the least they could do was make it right. If I was not on the clock I would have gone back and demanded my money back. Not a good location to go to.

I paid $20 to eat food out of a small plactic to-go container, DINE IN.. . When I ask if they can serve the food on a plate because im dining in they get really confused. I dont want to eat hot food for $20 out of a plastic to go container. One of the employees brought me another plastic to go container , the same one im eating out of, and asked me “is this plate ok?” I asked someone else, who happens to be familiar with what a plate is, and explained they do not serve on plates like other locations. They also hide the smolder bolder seasoning at this location. Im guessing due to theft. I advise against this location. Other Noodles Co are much nicer. Here, you will spend $20 to eat out of a small plastic bowl. Bon apetit..

The blonde girl with the long acrylic nails wasn’t wearing gloves and as she was putting lids on the dishes, I could see her long nails inside the food. Gross . Wear gloves or take those nails off.
