Always loved Noodles and Company. However, I’ve noticed, the only way you can get a good taste with Pad thai now is if you order extra sauce for a fee. The way they cook this dish is not the same anymore unless you pay extra for the sauce! Its so watered down!! The extra sauce should increase the sauce not to improve the taste of the food already cooked!! Hey Noodles and Company, you’ll lose customers this way, just fyi!!

EVERY TIME we order, there is something missing!!!! The food is ALWAYS disgusting, mac n cheese so dry i almost CHOKE! the taste is weird!! Anything fried is soggy, Even the pot sticker sauce is gross! GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!! Your pasta is beyond help, your chicken is dry or has been left out for so long its not edile! Im surprised I didnt get food poisoning! I have managed restaurants for almost 30 years & i have NEVER SEEN THIS level of failure! I want a refund!!!!

Walked in there was a girl on her phone, who barely acknowledge me when she could’ve taken my order. I’m not a stickler about being on your phone when you’re at work, but if there’s a customer there like don’t do it in the front of house, the man who took my order was sweet, but I did notice that I saw no one washed their hands or put gloves on. As someone who used to work for noodles and Company I hold them to a higher standard than maybe most people do and I was extremely disappointed with my experience while being in there I have hope that the food is good, but I am not overly hopeful with the team that was in front of me that gave me my meal

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. If I could give it 0 starts I would, my noodles are undercooked and it taste like they poured the whole bottle of salt into this little bowl. Absolutely disgusting!
