I usually never leave reviews. But the noodles were undercooked and order took 25+ minutes just for NOODLES. Go to a different location this place is horrible and needs some more staff and also needs better portions as they are giving people a small size when I order a regular.

I have been going here for years & it seems to be going down hill. They are extremely understaffed & do not prepare your orders properly. I placed an uber eats to go order at 6:53pm and did not have said order until 7:30pm. On top of that, my order was wrong as well. I understand they are short staffed but it’s frustrating when you place a quick carry out order and it takes 40 mins and isn’t prepared properly. There was no gift card or anything offered either for our wait. It was quite literally 6-8 people waiting on to go orders while people were waiting to have their order taken too. The management team definitely needs to do better with scheduling these employees.

Avoid avoid avoid! First time I tried this location and I bought 4 large regular creamy mac and cheese for a quick dinner for my family and I was so disappointed . Where is the cheese? All we had were tough dry noodles. My kids refused to eat it and decided they would try to add their own ingredients to salvage it. Never again.

We took the family here for the first today. Everything looked amazing. I love that they have an option for zucchini noodles as a substitute. My only complaint was that the potstickers weren’t labeled as spicy on the menu, but the sauce was definitely too spicy for my kids. But we will be back!

Definitely should have paid attention to the reviews.. unsanitary! Girl cooking without a hair net on, ponytail swinging everywhere and no gloves as I watched in disgrace as she scratched her face and wiped her nose with the bk of her hand. At the register also went from counter to placing toppings on food.. nope first time and last I immediately canceled my order.

I just tried to take my three kids there for dinner and I was turned away at the front desk. When I asked why, they told me they were too busy to take new orders. To say my kids were disappointed is an understatement. I was astonished that a business would be turning away business during prime dinner time orders.

Ordered the Mac and cheese and it turned out to be only Mac. Was really disappointed figuring that I had just broken my ankle the day before and wanted some comfort food. No sauce at all and minuscule amounts of meat. I am really angry, and I believe that other locations are much better than this one.

Food is rarely correct & when it is, the noodles are hard. We used to come to this location when it first opened but over the years they have been inconsistent. We go to the Tinley /orland location instead.
