Upon my husband ordering food for our family, we didn’t realize we were ordering (over the phone) through a 3rd party host. Our order was incorrect, and the manager refused to take accountability for the confusion. Instead of accommodating the mix up in our order from the 3rd party representative , he decided not to value the customer’s requests and charge for what we originally ordered. Please be careful, as the 3rd party representative can mess up your order and management (Caiden) not knowing how to resolve the issue.

The workers were so kind here, let me use my coupons for my meals. Everything was organized in my to go order and they even put it in a big bag for me. The only reason I put one star for my food is because my Japanese noodles seemed like there was not enough sauce or veggies in it.

Good customer service, young lady at the register took extra steps to make us understand some menu items since it was our first time ,made some suggestions. The food was just okay, but to be honest nothing was outstanding to make me visit noodles and Co again . And please remove the cilantro that you guys put generously on every dish you serve .

I’ve been to this location on multiple occasions and they have stated they are not taking orders or online orders only. Today 10.19.25 they stated they were too busy. I’ve never had this happen at any other fast food locations. I didn’t spend anything because they weren’t taking orders today.

I haven’t been to Noodles and co for years. I was looking for something different for dinner since I was out shopping so I went there. I ordered Basil Pesto pasta with parmesan crusted chicken. It was so salty I could hardly eat it. Won’t be going there again

Happy we finally have a Noodles in Joliet! The food is great for the price, more expensive than your dine-n-go options but the quality is worth the extra bucks! The employees I have interacted with are very friendly and check up on your table even though they are not waiters. I requested a box and bowl for my soup and salad and one young lady came back with both, as well as extra crackers, plastic silverware and a bag!

I usually would give a great review but last time I placed an ordered they canceled my order with no warning 5 minutes before I pick up order. I called and was put on hold and was told my order was canceled. I was upset cause I was picking up my dinner. I said so your telling me I have nothing to eat. Thanks …thanks a lot. Don’t know if the teen on the other end was clueless or being mean he said oh your welcome. I hung on him. Yep have not been back since. Use to go often. The food is good but you may or may not have an order when you pick up. The hours also change without notice too.
