Definitely one of the best chain-pasta restaurants in IL!
The food was delivered quickly, no spills, everything what’ve ordered arrived within 30 minutes or less.
My favorite pasts would pad Thai and spicy Korean noodle. The lime juice in Thai perfectly goes with the noodles. A must try!

Recently just moved to Schaumburg. I would like to make it known whoever was on shift December 28, 2025. The whole atmosphere was wonderful. From the crew to the cleanliness of the store. Noodles and Company used to be good, but over the years it feels like the quality has gone down. The last time I had it, the pasta was watery and there was hardly any sauce. I decided to give them another chance after a few years, and they ended up making my order wrong. They added bacon when there was no bacon in the pasta in the first place. I have dietary restrictions. I can’t eat bacon. So I ordered one of the only menu items that has no bacon. Their new menu has lots of bacon. But they put bacon all over it. So it had to be returned. I’m just disappointed in the quality of this place all around. It used to be better.

We are frequent Noodles & Company customers, both dine-in and delivery. I have a super picky, nonverbal son who will only eat very specific foods, and Noodles & Company is one of the very few places he absolutely loves. He is obsessed with the spaghetti with broccoli and the cheese breads, and he requests it at least once a week.
Today we had an issue with our delivery not arriving as promised — absolutely not Noodles & Company’s fault — but I still want to highlight how amazing the service was. Jordan was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind while assisting me with the situation. He took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and genuinely cared about helping resolve the issue. That level of customer service is rare and so appreciated, especially as a parent just trying to make sure their child gets the food they rely on.
Between the consistent food quality and employees like Jordan who truly go above and beyond, Noodles & Company continues to be a place we trust and appreciate. Thank you for making things a little easier for our family.

*1st Time Ordering by Delivery – It Was EASY* My Delivery Was FAST!* They have Great Chicken Noodle Soup. They are a bit pricey, but especially since I “Don’t Feel Good”, this Noodles & Company delivery, literally saved my day!! The Caesar Salad is incredibly fresh. The Cheesey Garlic Bread and the Grilled Chicken Parmesan over Pasta were two new items that I ordered, and yet, I didn’t know I needed these two dishes in my life. (Not Pictured) Their Korean Meatballs (Appetizer) were so tasty, I forgot to take a picture of them. This restaurant has healthy options to pick from, and arguably offers something for everyone… even the kiddos! They also carry Rice Kispy Treats (dessert).

They helped me correct my order and they’ve been really helpful several times thus far. I’ve gotten a free meal off their rewards program, I’m close to another free meal. Their rewards program isn’t that great, but it’s better than nothing.

Pad Thai with Tofu wasn’t good. I ordered pick up with extra Tofu, Tofu was burned and overcooked, due to this couldn’t eat Tofu. I have tried different locations and it’s always chewy and good to eat, but here it wasn’t and was really dry when had a bite.

First of all, the bathroom was nasty! I should have canceled my order once I saw the bathroom.
All the things I found in my pad Thai – There were penne pasta noodles, A whole cilantro stem (I’ll take just the leaves please) and a mushroom. I would not recommend it this location. Do better Noodles and Company!
