I got the the rigatoni Rosa with parmesan chicken and I added spinach took out the mushrooms. It looked really good. I took a couple of bites and it’s really spicy. So I ended up getting it to go and having to get another dinner. I wish the menu would have said it was spicy.

Great food. However, it was evident that they are dealing with some type of heating issues. It was very cold in the restaurant, and even colder in the bathrooms closer to their back door. We had to eat our food wearing our hats and winter coats. I hope they get this fixed.

Omg George is unbelievably warm and helpful and went above and beyond on my visit to redeem my birthday, treat! I will definitely be going back. He is the perfect example of someone who really listens to customers and helps them with any issues. They come across and goes above and beyond to make them feel warm and special in his restaurant. In fact, I would go further to say he needs to be CEO of a restaurant one day! People like him are rare, and need to be appreciated, and mentioned more often. Thank you so much Jorge for making my birthday weekend special with the simple touches you you made in my visit to Noodles & Co today

I have been going to this Noodles and company for over 10 years. They have always been so good with giving gluten free dishes to me and ensuring that it’s safe for me to eat with my gluten allergy. I’m sad to report that this is no longer the case. The quality has gone down SO much.
Last year, I came here and ordered a gluten free dish. I was in the middle of eating and found a wheat noodle in it. They apologized and remade my dish…. Only to find ANOTHER wheat noodle. I did end up going to a different location to see if they could not contaminate me, and they did too.
I decided to not go to any Noodles location for a long time.
I went today, after over a year of not dining at a Noodles, hoping for the best.
Not only did they forget vegetable and protein additions in 3 of my family’s meals, but after getting almost to the bottom of my bowl, another wheat cavatappi noodle is sitting in the middle of my gluten free noodles.
I will now be vomiting and in the bathroom for the next 48 hours until this passes through me. Thanks Noodles & Company in Wheaton. You have ruined my meal, my night, and my weekend. I am done giving chances to Noodles and company, and am no longer safe eating at these restaurants.

Ordered and had a few add ons. So it was like 15 dollars because they charge $1.00 per add on. I got it and it is like half the bowl. You’d think with add ons they would fill it since you’re paying more money not take out what it’s supposed to be. I can’t even tell what it was supposed to be originally because it looks like they mainly just did the add ons with some shrimp. They are staying at a 1 star. I had problems before after they moved. Seems they haven’t been solved at all. I liked when they were at the old location never had a problem and I’ve already had 2 since they moved. I remember they used to fill it where the lid could barely stay on. Don’t see the move going well. I’ll go to a different one from now on.

Went in, no customers. Young woman in noodles and company uniform sitting at a table. Go around to counter. Stand there. Nothing is cooking. Nothing is on. Nothing is moving. After 5 minutes I look around the corner and there are two noodles and company employees sitting at a table scrolling TikTok. They never acknowledged or attempted to give service. Photo at 2:30pm Sunday.

The young gentleman who took our orders was nice and went out of his way later on to go back to the kitchen to grab a box for my leftovers. I ordered my old go to: the Pesto chicken cavatoppi and still loved it all these years later.

The interior: Years ago, friends and I always frequented a Noodles and Company cafe. We lived the food and it was warmly painted a pale yellowish color, nice pictures on the wall; very pleasant, cozy, and comfortable. The interior of this particular location is kind of cold and industrial. Maybe a sustainable initiative? I use a walker as an assisted device. I ordered my meal, filled my cup at the soda fountain, and rolled over to the table my mom was sitting at. The counter, self-serve soda fountain, and the tables and chairs in that area of the restaurant are so close together it was too small for the “rush” of people ordering, and waiting for take out meals. Using an assisted device or not, it was impossible for me to go refill my drink because the machine was literally blocked in. I’m sure people would have tried to let me through, but there was nowhere for them to go!

The Pesto chicken cavatoppi meal was delicious, even since my last visit to a Noodles and Company, 10 years later!
