We ordered 3 noodle dishes for dine in. All 3 orders came and it was not hot enough. The pasta was pre-cooked and it was drying already especially for my beef stroganoff. It was almost sitting there in the kitchen for awhile because the sauce is also dry. The noodles are already hardened. They should have cooked the pasta and plate right away. I have been to other noodles and company locations and never had any problems with my orders. I understand this is a newly opened franchise but they should not compromise on the food that they are serving. There’s still a chance to get better especially for the dine orders.

Ordered large size of mac n cheese they filled the bowl up maybe halfway or less!!
Small soup which is basically a kids size container which honestly has no soup in it here is a picture right from the lid removed. 20 dollars for a kids size meal. NOT FAIR !!!

Thank you Mike! Ordered a meal via DoorDash but couldn’t add extra Sriracha sauce to the order and sometimes the restaurants when you call say they’ll add it but they don’t but Mike came through!

Bit of a deceiving menu. Unlike other places, Noodles puts the regular price first and then the small. I know it’s personal error if you don’t catch it but it just comes off as deceiving because any other place does it the usual way (low to high).
I ordered the regular size which is the larger option, because it seemed worth the extra 2 bucks. Food came out quickly but the bowl was only filled half way.. I went back in to ask them why the portion was so small and the manager told me they have set portions. “This regular item only gives you 14 pieces.”
So they basically said the size of bowl doesn’t matter. This applies to all of their menu items. What a waste of plastic.
Took some pictures comparing the difference in bowl fillage. Look for yourself ⬇️ Great flavor but jeez. This is just plain robbery.
Lesson learned: Do NOT expect them to fill the bowl the entire way.

They don’t answer their phone: I ordered a shrimp scampi but you pick another protein as an alternative. I had ordered chicken. They put shrimp. I tried calling them to let them know they got my order wrong for an hour. Really ridiculous you can’t get hold of a business. Sucks cause I like their food and never had an issue

ordered takeout food. everything was good in taste. meal potion is less but heavy. there is not dining space available inside like their many other branches. worth a try for takeout.
Two star ⭐️ less : while we were ordering another meal in the parking area sitting in our car after pickup they played with the light which i found rude. we may took couple of minutes extra deciding meal also the app was taking too long than usual but still it was rude from them. we skipped ordering another meal from there and left then they instantly turn off the outside light. which was so childish. lol. grow up.

I’m writing this review because I am concerned of the wellbeing of the employees. The manager is very rude and yells at his coworkers.
He was going in on this poor boy just trying to make food. And as soon as another employee walked in for her shift, he was yelling at her as well! Like damn she couldnt even clock in. Manager looks like minature Count Orlok.
I couldn’t even enjoy my food with my kid because of the manager’s nasty aura.
IF YOU WANT TO KEEP GOOD WORKERS, TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER!!
Even held the door for Count Orlok on my way out and he ain’t even say thank you lol.
Very rude individual. Corporate look into this guy

We ordered when they first opened but at that time felt there weren’t many options and food was bland. Glad we gave this place a second chance! We ordered today and everything was delicious! They expanded their menu and was so happy to see the Indonesian Peanut Saute! Husband loved the Pad Thai. We had the Green Goddess and Raspberry Poppy Seed Pecan salads and they were super fresh and paired nicely with the dressings. Great friendly customer service from the young man taking the orders. Will definitely be back!

I think my first time I came here was last week. Angie took my order. She was very polite and made the experience very pleasant. She’s part of the reason I’ve come back to this location 2 more times in the past week. I am SO used to cashiers being unpleasant or rude at other places, and it makes me not to want to return. The food was also good and I feel the price was fair for the quality I received. The restaurant was also clean, which I appreciate. I don’t like to eat at dirty restaurants. I also didn’t have to wait a super long time for my food. Very good. Keep up the good work and I’ll definitely keep returning with my friends.
Edit: I almost forgot, the cherry on top of was the team writing “thank you” on my receipt. That small detail brightened my day. Staff is very wonderful and I think they should get paid more than whatever they are getting.
