NOODLES AND COMPANY, part of a small chain, serves excellent Japanese style cooking. Both table and booth seating are available. Counter ordering. Your meal is delivered to your table.
The friendly, knowledgeable staff knows the ingredients in each dish. They can convert conventional dishes into vegan and will modify their dishes to the customer’s requirements, whenever possible.
Both my wife and I ordered the vegan Pad Thai. Our servings are loaded with tofu and noodles. Chopped peanuts are served separately. The dish is spicy. I loved it, my wife tolerated it.
STUFF: Bathrooms are located down the hall on the right side of the restaurant. Parking is difficult. We ended up walking about a block.

surprisingly hefty amount of meat in this bowl of noodles, which I hope it should as it’s pretty pricey at $12 per bowl usually. The soda fountain is great with hundreds of flavors, it’s worth coming here every once in awhile to try something new but it really is carb heavy.

We had a disappointing experience during the shift on September 6, 2025, at around 7 PM. The service was terrible—it’s clear that they don’t care about their customers. We’ve been loyal customers for a long time, regularly ordering from this store and earning rewards points.
However, when we tried to use our rewards points along with our order, they refused to process it with various vague explanations. When we asked to speak with a supervisor, they falsely claimed that no supervisor was available and provided us with a phone number. When we called the number, someone hiding in the back picked up and simply said they didn’t know what happened and they can’t help!
It felt like the staff was unqualified and indifferent to customer concerns. They either don’t understand how to use coupons and reward points or simply don’t care. This experience has made us decide we won’t be returning to this location again. And we so regret that we left them generous tips, before we try to redeem our points.

Pad Thai was honestly fire. Pretty far from traditional, but noodles were cooked really well, and the sauce was bomb. Mac n cheese was aight, cheese sauce was pretty good n cheddary.

Love this place!! Come here all the time and had the most amazing food. Their noodles and pasta are from all around the world and have all different flavors. You can also mix and match what you want, or create your own. They also have sides options and appetizers for if you’re really hungry, or you are not hungry at all. The workers there are really nice and helpful, and they take very little time to make their noodles. The only thing that annoys me is that their portions are very small. Even though they are small, though, the portions are still pretty filling. I also forgot to mention that at Noodles and Company they sell a healthier option of noodles, if you’re going on a diet or just want to eat healthy, called zoodles. It is zucchini swirled into swirls that look like noodles. They also offer gluten free noodles. I love Noodles and Company and you should go try it if you haven’t already!

After a long and tiring day, I decided to eat at this place. I was greeted by a very friendly worker and after ordering my Mac n cheese, I sat down in a cushioned seat. Once I got my Mac n cheese, I took one bite, and oh my goodness! It was cheesy and delicious! I ordered broccoli with my Mac n cheese but I didn’t get any. After I spoke to the kind worker at the front, she apologize and gave me a free rice crispy and my broccoli, that was very kind of her to do. I hope will have a noodles and company near me and I will try to look for one!

I had an issue with an order here and the manager Daisy helped me a lot! She made up for the mistake by fixing the order as well as adding an extra touch of friendliness with the free dessert for the mistake. It’s so hard to get good customer service nowadays so I really appreciate the service! The food is really good too!

I used to eat here all the time but now the service is terrible, the portions are halk the size of other Noodle and Companies and the management does not care. Last time the soft drink machine was out of several flavors and I brought it to the attention of the manager and she just said no more… tomorrow. A few minutes later she refilled the empty ones. I asked about the salad size after comparing it to a few other Noodle locations and even showed pictures and just got a blank stare and told tis was the correct soze with the bow only half filled. I love Noodle and Company but will no longer eat here.

Never would I come to this place again! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD IF YOU ORDER TAKE OUT HERE!! Terrible experience!! Store completely empty and they still mess up your order.. the “manager” Marisol gives us half our order and then laughs about it goes to the back to correct it and still doesn’t include the extra meat we paid for and we get home they want us to drive 25 mins to remake our food or refund it.. we’re in 2024 you can refund a meal you messed up by pressing two buttons since you can take my money in 1 second.. if the manager messes up the food and admits it then how hard is it to refund an order you didn’t make right why should we have to come all the way there its about the principle and admitting error and still can’t correct it.. clearly we ordered take out and picked it up in an empty store and you mess it up still wow you guys definitely need training!

I gave this location (Glen) 3 chances but the cashier has a very bad attitude, she doesn’t even answer me when I say hello, she could be doing other things and just say “hold on”, things don’t look clean, the grills and the instruments they use They look really dirty, there is a person with a big beard preparing the dishes and does not use gloves or any facial protector, the Asian girl who cleaned the sauces cleaned them with a very dirty piece of paper tower without even changing it. very very disappointing for the area that is you could expect something of quality. It is worth mentioning that in my visits the time has not been rushed and they still make me wait a long time, also the portions are small than the regular ones
